I have orders one uncommon utensil in this store. It was Hawkins Futura hard anodized handi of 3 liter. It came within the time frame.But there were two problems. Firstly the lid was defective and cash memo was missing. I called at the customer care number. Second time they picked up the phone and they provide a number to call him. It was the number of Shivam ji. He responded very well and took only a day to resolved everything. The defective part has been replaced by new one and got the cash memo. Easily the person can deny everything but he helped like angel.Go for this shop with 100% mental peace. In future I shall continue to purchase utensils and other available products from Gogia Bartan Store. Recommending it for every customer.
