Very poor home delivery service...delivery date gets extended by one day everyday, next day again increments by one day. we get our orders delivered in 7-8 days that too after multiple follow ups. Very poor service. Other vendors are improving their time to delivery to less than 30 min in this area. From brands like Relinace, this kind of services are not expected.

Friendly staff, great deals but a lot of traffic and mismanaged cashier systems. Long queues and sadly slow inefficient employees.Would recommend it for its deals and product range... But would also encourage them to somehow bring more system into their queuing area and encourage the employees to work more efficiently

Nice place for all your shopping needs, groceries, fruits, vegetables, cosmetics, home cleaning items, clothing, footwear, electrical items, kitchen equipment and much more than we think. They tried to capture most of the customer needs apart from big items like furniture and all. At Diwali time I have seen them selling LED TVs at a very reasonable price.Location is also nice, it is located in Iris braodway mall in sector-85, gurgaon and the area is growing rapidly

Reliance mart is the biggest retail store in new gurgaon area. This is situated in sector 85 Broadway mall. This is on lower Ground floor. All grocery items along with basic clothing,shoes,fresh vegetables,fruits etc are available. Their service like billing etc is not up to the mark. Shoppers always should check their items in store as their billing system and authenticity is not up to the mark.

Everything is good except billing counter staff.. Behaviour wise all are very decent but takes too much time while doing billing... 😉

The reliance store is big enough and one of the largest FMCG outlet in the entire area. You can get grocery, clothes, shoes and all household goods under one roof. Parking is free and limited so avoid on weekends. Else enough supply of goods. You can find this place good for shopping as no other nearby store offers this wide range under one roof.Last you can have snacks at haldiram once you done with your shopping at 1st floor.

All good restaurants, reliance mart and Max store are there. One can visit for shopping. Parking is also available free of cost.

Reliance mart has been selling lots of vegetables and fruits in subsidized price which are normally not available in the open market...Lots of other items are also subsidized on other occasions... Its really worth visiting...

Reliance mart placed on Sector 85 Gurgaon Haryana , it is the best mart where Products include mobiles accessories and tablets, computers and accessories, office software, stationery supplies, cameras, audio accessories, televisions, small and large appliances, kitchen appliances, personal care and grooming items grocery, and so on available here..👍👍.

The issue is there is hardly any space to move inside with stuff with you.

Really a boon and only place for New Gurugram people to do all kind of shopping. Easily accessible from main road, with parking and washroom facility. Only problem of this mall is basement parking which has very risky entrance and exit.

As usual with these super-mega stores. They are not designed to carter heavy crowd. Strange but true.A queue of 3 takes 45 minutes to clear.The vegitable weighing station doesnt have the item codes mentioned, so you have to wait 30 minutes in this line to get it weighed and stickers attached.Similarly with loose rice and pulses.

I really like this place in terms of availaibilty of things. Almost all the things available under one roof. But I just find it difficult to stay inside the store for long, I feel like I just cant breathe 😐

A long single floor supermarket with all the basic and specific amenities groceries and some clothes that you need for your daily needs.It has a wide range of products and has 5 billing stations.The parking is the same as provided by the mall and you can take the trolley out to your car once you have finished the shopping.It also offers a lot of discount on various products.

Newly opened store with almost all kinds of option in it. Only place in new Gurgaon area to have such big option available. It now provide home delivery. One stop solution for your grocery need. And not much crowded like other super mart. I this place because they even collect old clothes and distribute it to needy families. Store is located at sector 85 Gurgaon

Billing section is worst. Peoples are waiting no one is there to listen your voice.

The new store in Neighborhood!!As anticipated, Reliance opened their new store at Iris Broadway. Many of us living in new Gurgaon areas were waiting anxiously for it as there were no or very less options for a branded supermart for groceries and daily need items.As it was a first of its kind store this side of the town we were expecting rush at this place but its been 6 days and the crowd still erupts in the evening hours of the weekend and one has to spend at least 30 - 45 minutes to get the billing done!The Reliance team really need to fasten up this billing if they want to attract more people and thus more revenues!

Nice place to get almost most of things like vegetables, clothes and groceries.But little problem in billing counters. In the evening there is too much rush and for billing you have to wait 20-30 minutes

Terrible experience after checkout. Customers have to pack purchased items outside the store after guard checks bill vs item. I had two trolley loads of stock which I had to spread on the floor outside the store to pack into bags.Modern retail has better smarter faster ways to deal with the challenge of cashiers and customers colluding to steal items. Big Bazaar manages this experience very well, hopefully Reliance will learn their good practices.Till then I would rather drive 10km to Sohna road where I can get a better experience

Pathetic place.. they don’t have staff available for billing... waited in queue for more than an hour and at last left without buying anything.... will never recommend this place to buy stuff

Good and only house hold shopping option in this area. Place is well loaded with fresh vegetables and daily needs, grocery and cloths but only issue is the billing que here. Staff is loaded all the time making huge mess while billing.. sometimes thier system hang-up sometimes credit card doesnt work. No que managers. Insufficient billing counters. Think of spending atleast 30 min to an hour at billing counters.
