Paul patisserie is my favorite cafe/bakery and now its in india. You can have authentic french breakfast/meal in Delhi. Paul is a century old french cafe restaurant specializing in pastries, crepes, sandwiches and other french products including about 140 types of bread.My favorites are roasted baby chicken with infusion (moctail) and Paul hot chocolate with almond croissant.

Service was prompt and courteous and the dishes served were well presented and had good flavour.The cafe has a comfortable feel and is tastefully furnished.It was a great experience and we look forward to visiting again soon !

Food is good but staff is bit rude, they dont have basic courtesy to offer water, 50% of items on menu arent available. But yeahh burger was good.

You may overlook that hostess does not want you to sit in the inner dining area for ease of service Or you may even ignore that steward takes order and then 10 minutes later informs that they are out of bread (ciabatta) in my case. But, you can not ignore the safety norms being flouted in plain sight. The bakery section had 02 chefs and one of them was constantly on speaker phone while handling food and was wearing chin mask at best. The inner dining area (behind their bar section) was almost a no mask zone for all staff, barring one or two servers. The table beside us complained of being served shrimps by mistake of the waiter was also a shocker.Food taste can not compensate for health and safety and I hope that the management catches up fast on such negligence before the end of the road.

Visited Paul on a Sunday and it was super busy. Covid protocol was well implemented and we were seated after a short wait. Service was prompt and courteous and the dishes served were well presented and had good flavour.The cafe has a comfortable feel and is tastefully furnished.It was a great experience and we look forward to visiting again soon !

Ambience of this place is just so lively and cozy. You will love the atmosphere here as you enter this beautiful French Bakery. You have a vast menu to choose from and everything here is super delicious. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. We tried their Blackberry Iced tea, Infusion, Garlic flatbread, Primavera pizza, Tiramisu and cheese cake. All the dishes were so fresh and tasted so good. Would definitely recommend this place for a good dining experience.

Good ambience, quality food. Coffee is amazing like it should have to be. Menu is having wide range of variety. Banana bread was good. They used to sell Macaroons but somehow they stopped.

Really loved the food here, although I would recommend dining and eating food there and then instead of take out as it doesnt taste the same. But the food is absolutely worth it. Specially the hot chocolate and the simple marinara pizza, which is my personal favourite. The delicious sauce is something Ive not had anywhere else. Also, if you enjoy french desserts, you should visit this place. You wont regret any sweet or savoury delight neither the ambience.

The salad was good but the burger was extremely pale. Also I wanted to eat waffle but the restaurant couldn’t serve as they ran out of maple syrup . Leaving this place quite disheartening and disappointed.Gentle advise - Before opening the restaurant in the morning, please check you have sufficient stick for the day

A great place to have coffee and a quick bite. I love the macchiato here, beans that they use are very good quality. Also recommended are the sandwiches, baguettes and pizza slices.Staff is prompt and the quality of food is awesome and the ingredients are fresh. Portion sizes are good. Must try.

I ordered a Coconut Flan and it was stale and the pastry was soggy. It apparently is their global dessert and is supposed to be soft and creamy. Their quality control is doing a shoddy job serving customers expensive stale items. Disappointing and Pathetic!

Amazing food. Would recommend trying the salmon bites, fresh garlic bread, chicken wings and sandwiches in this cafe. Btw the crossiant is the best we have ever had. Try their coffee too its good.We missed out on the desserts but they looked delicious. Next timeGiving a star less for service. We had to wait for 10 minutes for water to take a medicine. If you would like to experience the proper authentic French breakfast this is the place for you. The food is so delicious that would be licking your fingers after finishing it. I tried their cold coffee along with butter Croissant when I was dining with few of my friends after a long time. The dining space is also good and is in the middle of walkway inside the mall. If you are looking for privacy then it’s not for you as it’s open diner.

Heard lot about this place but my experience was not really grt with food. Cold coffee was really basic, not really grt. Expected much from Paul. Else nice ambiance.

When will restaurants learn to value customers.Ordered a fancy named Bufalina Authentic Italian tomato pizza , fresh buffalo mozzarella, roasted tomato kalamat etc etc . And this is what you get. 550 rs pizza with next to zero topping. Had Paul coffee in Paris. Really liked it. We had an amazing time. The place was so comfortable, the food at Paul absolutely spectacular. I and my friends visit almost 2-3 times a week. The staff is courteous . Looking forward to come again and try other varieties of food in the future. What a great place!

The service post Covid has become very slow. One had to wait for long to sit- they were taking long to clean the table and floor below which was dirty. The menu was also limited as far as sandwiches are concerned. They took much longer to get the bill.as well seems that they have reduced the staff strength. Overall the experience was not as good as the earlier visit at vasant kunj.

Name ~ Tiramisu, Apple Mojito & Garlic Flat BreadReview ~ I loved Tiramisu😍 It was nicely finished with a thick dusting of cocoa powder. It’s thick, rich and creamy with an almost custard-like flavour. A good option if you want to try an italian dessert❤️Also, Apple Mojito was very refreshing and tasty. And Garic Bread was very average

Cheesecake tastes very much like cream cheese, with a sweet and slightly tangy finish. Its rich, and creamy.

I love this place and their food is always good, however. I ordered a sandwich here and when i opened it i was shocked!! They put the 2 slice of cheese and half slice of ham to the edge of the opening to make it appear full and was infact was very empty.I complained to staff, he said he would ask to put more fillings to then return saying he isnt authorized too....I think if your paying almost 400inr for a small sandwich, at least fill it a little more. It was mostly bread and a inch of filling.....Quality is always good but how they display and present the sandwiches is really discouraging and disappointed!Very disappointed

I really like the ambience, good coffee & food, and nice interior. The drinks and foods were all tasty and worthwhile. If you’re up for a fresh place with beautiful architecture then this is a must to visit.

Covid precautions on point. They sanitize tables after every guest. Exceptional food & service as always. Always a pleasure coming back.

Some of the platters are quite good, some are an absolutely delight. The ambiance is fine and so is there staff. The place is a must go on my visits to the ambiance mall. Hope they keep it up.

The food is absolutely out of this world. It was so delicious that I could not even stop and overate. This place has thousands of choices to choose from. You have pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, pasta etc etc. You name it they have it. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. They catered to us very politely and with a huge smile on their faces. The service was really really quick. We got our order in like 15 mins ( even though it was jam packed )Another thing you should know. At lunch and dinner time this place is over crowded followed by a long waiting time. We had to wait 25 minutes before we got a table. They do have a seating area in between the mall ( if you prefer that ). Try to go after or just before the rush hour. Otherwise you might have to wait.Food was just amazing as I said. But the desserts were a little too bitter for my taste. Be wise in choosing :P ( if not a dark chocolate fan Don’t order the dessert in my photos :P )Overall experience was really good. Will definitely visit again.MUST TRY FOR EVERYBODY !!

First experience at Paul and just one word luxuryYes who knew that pastries or a croissant can feel luxury. But thats what Pauls is all about.A one place stop if you like to have an english breakfast. Youll just end up sitting and stuffing your stomach for an hour or two and then wonder how its been so long ... HahaThe staff, the crowd, the ambience all justifies the cost.A lot more to taste at Pauls than you can imagine.

Everything is nice about it except the fact that they really dont like giving you full sized plates.

Overall, I was quite disappointed. Since Ive taken their baked items to-go a few times and always loved them.We ordered the French onion soup, which was delicious but the cheese couldve been turned down a notch.The spicy chicken brioche, also delicious, had a hair melted in the cheese :O (they didnt charge us for that and gave a free dessert of our choice- we took a blueberry tartlet which was soggy and chewy, though tasty)We also had a spaghetti with spicy-something sauce with veggies. I have no complaints there.

I had a full day meeting at the Leela Ambience which meant meals etc at the hotel. I was looking for a nice comfy place close by to catch up over an early breakfast with a friend visiting from Bengaluru. I asked around, everyone said Paul.They are open at 8 am. Serve the best hot breakfast in Ambience mall at 2x the Leela quality and 1/3rd the price with 5x quiet and calm.I have been here once. Every thing and every little thing is a delight.The serving portions are filling and perhaps too large for our breakfast appetite. Lunch or dinner shouldnt be a problem.Global brand, Indian service touch. Shall go there again.Two grilled veg sandwiches (stick to safe veg, unsure about the quality of non-veg) a coffee and a hot chocolate uninterrupted for Rs 1300 fully loaded. Beat that?

It was just Ok. We orderedorange juice it was too sour.Grilled sandwich were goodRed sauce pasta was not edible at all. Half cooked pasta in raw tomato puree it tasted like.

PAUL India is one of the bast cafe in NCR and I really enjoyed their food and love to go there.They have a great food variety with amazing taste.I love their sandwiches and pastries which are super yummy.Their coffee is really amazing and their cocktails and other drinks are also greatI recommend this as a must visit place for those wot love food and coffee!

I experienced Paul first time in Dubai and since then I am a fan. I was one of the first customer when it first spread its wings in Saket and then in Gurugram.Right from the fresh aroma, tables, seats to the dishes and hospitality, everything is bang on perfect here.They give you some of the finest coffee flavours and sides. The deserts are heavenly and will fill you with so much satisfaction that you would want to return here again.

To be honest, I think PAUL has the best breads out of all the bakery in Gurgaon.Its very tasty and also the restaurants food is also delicious.Recommend.

They treat you like you are BPL. They look down at you if you ask for water like you asked for a heart transplant. They judge you for your pronounciation of crossiant. Kaha se aa gaye ho tum chai peene wale log. Nahi chaiye bhai. Tu apni coffee rakh mai apni self respect.

The food wasn’t bad but having been to Paul’s abroad I was expecting them to be of the same standard. Nonetheless it wasn’t a negative experience and everything was good enough.

They disappointed me for the first time since opening. I took home a mango mille feuille yesterday and it was terrible. Stale product, had probably been on the shelf a while. Soggy pastry, the cream topping had the taste and texture of ghee. The only redeeming factor was the mango custard.Hope they do better next time!

Soups are dam gud I order mushroom n chicken soup n tomato soup both r dam gud but wild mushrooms risotto is average I hve much better risotto at other places but why I hve given 3 star rating coz ur staff is un attentive I I hve to ask for water more than 7 times then given n still I have to ask the chef to change our risotto then I find bit better

What should I say , finally we have PAUL in India and so near in Gurgaon. So delighted as I saw one of the outlets in Prague and couldnt get a chance to try it over there and being a dessert and sandwich lover I was saddened to miss it.So to start with the famous french onion soup was to dies for and presented very well in a campagne bread bowl, my first soup in a bread bowl. :DThe potato gnocchi with basil pesto cream were good , but not to our liking, its like eating potato and cheese in pesto cream.Tomato and Mozzarella sandwich was really good.The waffle were awesome a little well done but totally loved them.The fleur de les was very indulging, cant say the same about the icecream (ice crystals).

Its just the third month of their operations and #Paul is already doing gr8 business.The signature black-dominant minimalistic style of the bakery is eminent throughout the café, and is consistent in all locations.Their bread is baked traditionally, hand-crafted using the best natural ingredients that are freshly flown in all the way from France. I admit, that I can visit this place for only eating their 🍞 bread 👌😍 its so good.PAUL showcases its sweet side with an impressive selection of cakes, tarts and other gourmet desserts such as chocolate moelleux, tarts and millefeuilles, just to name a few.Meeting with Chefs and understanding their view and how the brand is trying to grow in India makes things even clear. The Chefs are focussed and know exactly what they are doing, service is good.

So the popular french bakery Paul has opened up its door in Delhi at ambience mall gurgaonWe visited the place recently n really loved every bit of it, the beverages, food, ambience and the staff.Since it was a Sunday afternoon the place was packed...would recommend to visit it on weekday if you want to avoid the crowd.The menu is extensive n one would feel like ordering from all the sections but tats humanly possible , so we thought of starting with its famous coffee n patesserie.We ordered from its combos_ capaccunio with Danish roll- hot chocolate with apple turnover- croque Madame( Cheese toast with chicken ham and a sunny side up😋😋)Everything was well prepared and so fresh 😃😃I am going to definitely visit it soon again to try other things from the menu

The food is good as always but the stuff lied about the opening times and they never apologize and the manager instead of being nice and apologize he was so rude and very unprofessional. We visit Paul around the world but never had such an experience like here. So disappointed.

I am almost a regular at Paul but today was disappointed with the falafel humus sandwich. The bread felt stale and was chewy beyond belief, and the falafels were not crispy and fresh like they usually are. The pineapple pastry was good as always. Overall, I was not happy with the seemingly stale sandwich which was served to us.

One of the best places to go for deserts. I love the flavors at Pauls and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Even though it is a bakery, I like the fact that the food is delicious and the very appetizing. You wont be disappointed, your stomach will be happy and your wallet wont be completely empty... take it from me, Im a student again. I would totally recommend the place to others. The variety in the menu is also a plus.

I had no idea Pauls had come to India. I was at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon for work & I was pleasantly surprised to discover Pauls.There are two sections to the place - one inside and an outer seating where I went and sat. I looked through the menu that looked decently extensive and ofcourse being a BIG time coffee lover, I ordered for a regular Cappuccino.The order took about 8-9 minutes to come to my table. The coffee was decently good, perhaps a tad too milky and the beans did taste a little too much towards the burnt side, but nonetheless, I gulped it all down while looking around and generally chilling.I want to explore the menu of Pauls as they had a pretty vast list of bakery items. Perhaps next time. :)

It was my first visit to the Paul, and I must stay I expected better service and taste. The cold coffee was not cold or tasted good or the cappuccino, not worth the price. Paid Rs 500 for just the fancy sitting.

Always love Paul for breakfast or brunch and happy to expand my coffee horizons with the magnifique Café Medici (espresso, chocolate, and milk) instead of sticking to my standard latte. One recommendation to the chefs though is to serve side salads with the dressing on the side: as an expat living in India, salad always feels like a dance with danger (and interesting tummy bugs) and so the inclination is to err on the side of caution and avoid them, especially when it looks as if the greens may be of questionable freshness. When a Paul main comes out, with the greens already tossed in their tasty dressing, the edges of the lettuce leaves can look brown or wilted (due to the balsamic/mustard dressing they use), and while I know that Paul has safely sourced and prepared these lovely greens, and while I dont want want them to go to waste, there remains a hint of doubt due to the appearance and so I wish the dressing came on the side so (a) I could choose to use as little or as much as I like (we all have our preferences;) and (b) I could see EXACTLY how fresh and perfect the greens are before being doused in dressing deliciousness (Im a fan of the Dijon dressing as well, but have friends who are less partial to it, which is another reason to give customers the option to enjoy the side greens even when they dont like the dressing itself). Waiters have told me twice now well you can ASK for it on the side and we will accomodate but the point is, today I was ordering an omelette, and so we dont think (in the case of NON-salad mains) to ask for dressing on the side in the same way we would if we were ordering a Chefs or Cobb salad as our meal. Lastly, considering the terrible air quality in Gurgaon, it hurts my heart each time I check and find the plants in Paul remain plastic - it cheapens the ambiance when such air purifying varieties as moneyplant, aloe, snakeplant and more are essentially indestructable (if I can keep them consistently alive, BELIEVE that they are hardy beasts hahaha) and have the added benefit of improving the air quality around them (while not a solution, any little but helps and is appreciated in these airpocalyptic conditions). That and improving the flow of bread selection and payment (I dont know what the different bread names are, I want to point and select and THEN walk around to the till) would have me leaning again toward a 5 star rating for the experience overall (where of course the magnificent bread remains forever ;).

Hair in the food...twice. First in pasta then again in dessert. Used to be good a year ago, now its all about cost cutting and bs service. Everything is frozen, no fresh food whatsoever. Stay away and go to Mc Donalds instead!

The food quality is very good and they follow hygiene standards.They have a Kiosk in front of Sephora, there you can find quick bites. You must visit that.Try the Paul Pizza for INR 190. Tastes good and doesnt hurt your poket.
