Ordered twice and both the times, quality of product and service was well maintained. Placed the order, make payments and get the goodness delivered at your doorsteps. Would recommend as the cakes are quite delicious and price is also good.

Really glad the way concept design was materalized into a great looking cake.Everyone liked it , great service ,on time and most importantly gorgeous looking cake.Only thing which can be improved is flavoring for blue berry which can be worked upon.Kudos to Baker ,really appreciate.

Ordered fresh fruit cake from here and its best fruit cake I have tasted so far .It was loaded with fruits , they have raised the bench mark if my taste so high .I would highly recommend this cake from here .Cream was so fresh that you dont get bored or feel overload of sweets .It was perfect balance of freshness and sweetness.

I hv ordered a cake for my friends farewell and requested for a rotation of best wishes, and the cake we received it was not at all a fresh cake, and there was nothing mentioned on the cake when I called them they started giving excuses. And he disconnected the call, worst service and attitude.... Stop selling if you cant provide the fresh

Worst experience ever!Dont buy cake form this shop in Gurgaon .They are not professionals. They Cheat their customers.I had ordered a rainbow cake from this shop to surprise a friend. Due to their unprofessional behaviour I was not only humiliated but very disappointed.When I ordered the cake I was told the would deliver the cake in 3rs, the only size available was 1kg which would cost me 1200 INR. I agreed and placed the order I was informed all the cakes were made fresh and on order only.The cake was delivered just on time. When its a rainbow cake how do u even check the layers beneath all that frosting. You just have to trust the bakery. I paid for the cake.Now During the party when we friends gathered to cut the cake, to my surprise the cake had just 3 layers and tasted funny.I called the bakery up and told them. About my issue. Only if they could have conveyed that they arent professional enough to bake a good cake as per the order, I would have opted of an alternative. Not only this experience was humiliating on a personal front but the unprofessional behaviour was even more disappointing.I was assured they would take an action against it and refund my money. Till date despite repeated reminders they havent.

One of the best restaurant I have visited in Gurgaon. Quality and price are the two plus point but the way staff treats you is another treat for you. So after eating sweets, being behaved sweetly is plus one. Go for it for party or celebration and feels like best bday or anniversary. Aman

I ordered chocolate Nutella cake from this bakery today morning for my friends birthday, firstly it took them more than 2 hours to deliver the cake then when we finally got the cake it was Soo bad, the cake itself was dry and the cream did not have a chance to flavor. Overall a really bad experience, would not recommend anyone to order from this place.
