I have used the argan shampoo today for the first time. And it was a clear gel based shampoo. While washing it got stick to my hair and turned into a thick cream form. I washed my hair thrice however it did not go off. My hair are like electrified now. I m not able to comb or rinse this off my hair.Review 2-:Email has been sent already as suggested,however there is no response from last 4 days on the same.Review 3:- can anyone plss revert?

After contacted by me my order cancelled now i will get my money back within 5 to 7 days. These guys have put robots in customer service who keep saying the same thing over and over, no matter how many times you call. I had placed an order more than a week ago and I have been calling them every day to know its exact delivery date. Every day I receive a message that my order is out for delivery and in the day end, it shows the date for the next day. I called them multiple times but their agents just repeat the same thing, we’ve raised a complaint which is of course of no use. They can’t cancel my order so basically i will have to refuse taking the order from the delivery boy to cancel it and guess what? I’m never going to receive my order. Highly dissatisfied!!!!

I am also very happy with the shopping experience, the shopping was hassle-free and the delivery was on time.I use a number of mamaearth products like onion hair fall kit, body lotion and hair oil. I have had one of the best shopping experiences. The delivery was early and easy to track. The website is stable and smooth and easy to navigate the payment gateway is also a smooth and secure.

I have tried many soft creams. But mamaearth Milky soft cream is different. It’s very lightweight and absorbs very easily without giving sticky and oily feel. You can use it as before applying makeup for more natural look. It really improved my skin a lot. My skin now is less oily and soft. Thank You Mama Earth.

The face-wash and cream are effective. Hair oil and shampoo is not worth what they promised. After using it my hair fall increased. Even I order twice and used 2 month but no response. I would suggest to not fall in trap that the hair fall will stop. You can use their product some are really good like face-wash and cream. But for hair their product are too bad not I would not recommend it.

Worst product ever. I brought onion shampoo as I heard so much about it. My hairs are naturally very straight and smooth so I wanted a chemical free product. But this shampoo has ruined my hair, they become rough and they dont feel clean at all. I tried it for 5 times, same result.I will not recommend it to anybody.

After placing the order and paid for via debit card via Razorpay, the status was still pending payment and there was no confirmation on my order. I had tried to call their customer service, email them - but no response and they didnt even bother to reply/call back. 4 - 5 days later, one of the executives finally picked up, and a call that lasted almost half an hour of trying to explain what the issue was - they said they will still check and let me know. I asked for a refund and to cancel the products - they did not budge. I finally told them that if its not delivered within the stipulated date - I would not only want the refund, Id also report their service. The person then transferred the call to their manager, and I had to explain the situation from scratch.Finally, they did understand, order confirmation was received; BUT GUESS WHAT?A week later, my package arrives - AND LO AND BEHOLD: THE SHAMPOO THAT WAS TO BE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE OFFER WAS NOT THERE.I have several screenshots of emails, the package, the payment details, records of their timely customer service - but none of it could accurately describe what a pathetic platform this is to get your products.CONSUMERS BEWARE.
