Worst Experience ever.. Never Recommend to anyoneI have booked a cake for my fathers birthday which was on 27 Dec. I have done the booking on 21st Dec which means priorly a week before.. When the day comes, I have waited for 5pm then i contacted them, simply the team said we wont be able to deliver the cake today. Even they didnt contact us to inform the delay will happen. Also Customer service team was too rude and simply they said we can cancel the order and give refund if needed. Is that the solution you are providing. Its a common sense that we cant change the birthday date. If someone is requesting to do the delivery same day itself you should arrange some way to help us. We are paying to get better service. This is my second order, after the butterscotch cake that I ordered last Friday.This time I am not that happy with the taste...I ordered chocolate truffle cake ..I have eaten lot of chocolate truffles in many different cities like Bangalore, mumbai chennai etc...I know the good chocolate truffle taste...this cake is just full of whipped creams..all I could taste was whipped cream which would leave a heavy after taste in mouth which doesnt feel good...very less chocolate truffle real essence and also the cake...design wise it was okay..not exactly like the picture the texture ..but it okay..I am just dissapointed about the taste

They look like an online fraud.They had promised to deliver a day ahead of Valentines Day when I ordered it and its almost the end of Feb 14th and two days down the line now, the tracking status says its still pending as on the screenshot. Its neither processed, nor out for delivery. They have embarrassed me big time and I seem to have lost my money and honour.They have somehow worked their way to get themselves up at the top on the SEO, but definitely not reliable and credible at all. I shall neither recommend, nor opt for this again.A big thumps down.

Chased them for 2 days..only to hear that please be patient, we will make the delivery. Customer care number not working, no one is calling to even understand the problem. WhatsApp chat they keep dragging till night only to say at 8pm that lines are closed now. SPOILT OUR OCCASION AS WELL AS MOOD. DONT TRUST THIS SITE.
