Its now a multi car service centre & not limited to Chervolet. They are also one of the associte member of GoMechanics.Servicing through gomechanic was reasonable with free pickup & drop facility.Timely servicing & proper job.

My experience has been not so exciting. I have to admit that I expected a lot better service. They were hesitent reveal the approximate service cost at the start and I got the numbers when requested for the bill at the end. Though it was a paid service even then saparatly charged for any additional replacement of parts required. Labour charge was more than the cost of the item itself. This was in addition to the rs 1600 for the paid service. Had to bargain for some discount.

Highly unprofessional people, mechanics are full of attitude you keep on asking about the work they won’t tell you anything. They don’t listen anything and will continue the work in own way. Going there is simply wasting your money so avoid and find some other good option. They are cheating us and making money

They are the Cheaters. They had changed rear shockers of my car by saying that shockers are not working properly. When I got the old shockers checked from outside then old shockers found working fine. They took full amount of service but did not do anything. They did not tried to see the break shoe whether they need to clean or not. Only sitting to make people fool. Worst experience. Liers.

Bad experience no management no manager no one is responsible for you car service no one even tell you that what is wrong in your car even they do temporarily so you can pay and leave.

Offers/scheme over the phone is something else and when you reach service center then speak something else.I think they have enough customers now and dont want to serve the good service with positive attitude however one year ago they were behaving very good and team was also good but now all the staffs are very poor and not having any experience. In every visit you will see new staff.Today will be the my last visit to RN Chevrolet and will not recommend to anybody to visit RN Chevrolet.

Unhygienic, slow but good service

Duffer people sitting at reception and billing counter, who dont know how to behave, speak or even diagnose issue in car. Pathetic 3rd class mechanics. Kept my car for two days for service, i went randomly to check status and saw 3 mechanics were resting in my car, all doors open and music playing at loudest volume possible. Have been going to Chevrolet Aravali from last 10 years dont know why i went at RN even once. Urging Chevrolet to have this service centre closed asap. Total waste of time !

I have two experiences to share one is a regular service of my vehicle where experience was good. The service advisor and technician were thorough and knew the job.Then the body shop team just screwed my experience and thus 2 stars.My vehicle had a front damage and while estimating the advisor sang a long story about the procedure that they will be following and thus the cost. Having some technical knowledge I was okay with their estimates and procedures and thus asked them to do the job.As a precaution, I had asked them to call me for inspection before they put the vehicle for painting.To my horror, when I went to visit the vehicle none of the procedure that they sang about had been followed. To cut the story short, they intended to do the work just as any road side painter without opening any part of the car. Had I not followed up with them they would have just painted it like that. Can you imagine painting front bumper and not even bothering to take off the number plate.On my literal threat to release my car and that I am not interested in getting any job from them, the service advisor assured proper work.Later the paint job was just average and when they called me for delivery I had to wait and get few things done such as fixing of logo on the front bumper and logo on fender.My honest opinion is that I cannot leave my car unattended with them. Since they are the only authorised centre for Chevrolet, hence will have to bear with them (but never unattended).One thing more which i can assure is that these guys are better than the other authorised agency in sector 14. This thought makes me to add one more star to them, making it to 3 stars from original 2 I had planned.

Less trained service and bodyshop staff

Poor service...They got my car banged from the side...Thankfully pictures were clicked while giving car for service..And they fixed it a bit..Else they were in no mood to own up to it for first 10 mins..Not sure if they did other service bit..The brakes are not fine...And there is oil leakage which wasnt fixed even thought I had mentioned..

Work shop owner is frod sanjiv jindal special Manoj garg ye apne customer k sath frod karte hai ye local part dal kar original ka paisa lete ha I extra lebor charge karte hai part sahi ho ushko bhi karab bata k paise lete hai ... apne customer ko choke mai rakhte jai ..ye apne staff ko ye sab kam karne ko kate jai or UNka staff ye dhoka dhadi ka maam karta hai ...
