Horrible experience. My cars mileage went down drastically and I had to send my car to the Honda service station. Even worse, they put their brand sticker on my rear windshield without my consent.

I have done my jaugar service and repair works they are doing very professional.

Windscreen was changed at home, and at a very fair price. The quality of workmanship was wondeful since even I cant tell if ever my car glass was broken and changed.

Turbo of my ertiga was not working properly, i got it checked by an authorized dealership before visiting them. The authorised dealrship was asking me to spend around 20k for turbo replacement, while they got it fixed by just replacing some suction pipe which costed me less than 500Rs

I understood that electrical faults on cars were often challenging to fix. my civic has had a number of intermittent electrical faults over the years with one main dealer charged me hundreds of bugs for searching but not finding or fixing the issue. Unprofessional approach..Dont ever leave your car at such workshops as they hardly care about your car.Had a bad experience.Left coolant covers open which had resulted in overheating and finally crashed..Compare to service charges at dedicated company charges,they dont charge less.They just provide poor service thats why the rate difference is there.After few days I also felt like some other parts have also been replaced with poor ones as they might be requiring them for other cars.Suggest not to visit such places.

Horrible ...they assigned me someone for car repair ...and after initial conversation and giving me hope on solving my problem .. the car service guy never called me back .. and nor did th pit stop team try to follow up and find out what happened to my ticket ;(

Beware. Pitcrew is just an aggregator. The service centers do a worse job for orders booked through them. Sent my car for painting and they just painted over the old. Now the new paint is pealing off. Was better off before.

Pitcrew gurgaon service is good but knowledge wise they are not good. My car returned with black handed color.on all.doors inside. Delivery time is totally unacceptable. I called them 10 times to get my car back and their delivery guy was saying about to reach even after 7th call. Very unprofessional.

Scam artists at its finest. Charging for diagnostics without informing, overcharging for services and parts which arent required. Manoj is a rude, and arrogant person who runs the garage. Dissapointed

Waste service in ghaziabad, they have tied up with frauds, i had given my car to its service provider, they did nothing in my car and claimed of full service, stolen car jack from car too. When i raised a complaint to pitcrew, they just ignored it and have taken no action at all.Would suggest never use pitcrew. Its total waste.

Worst Worst Worst experience. There service is very very poor. Please dont go on reviews they are fake. I went for service and experience was so pathetic. They used my 3M car wash shampoo as they have only hair wash shampoo even they use newspaper to clean glass then I given my 3M glass cleaner and when I asked for shame the guy told bhaiya aapki hi car hai thoda de do. Used cheap quality mobil oil. At tym of interior cleaning I found there vacuum cleaner only making noise there is no suction at all and when I told the same with them they are told bhaiya chal to raha hai na ab suction ho na ho hum kya kare. Realy please never go for service to them. I went to perfect car care service center through pitcrew. For everything they are asking labor charges exlusive of package price. I m feeling so much cheated

I got a car checked from them before bying an old car, thank GOD i took the decision to get the car checked by them before final payment to the dealer. The car had many issues like weak battery, worn tyres and lots of engine oil leakages and extremly poor bake conditions.
