They take a lot of time to even start the services.And you will see such items billed which are not even installed or replaced in your car.So always check the bill and each item individually.It is advisable to get the car serviced infront of yourself to ensure you know what parts are changed/replaced/installed.

Worst quality of work. I take service here regularly but last from 3 service a problem continue of oil leakage. But Rana motor advisor said tha sir please take a new car why I am take a new car u give me a money for new car. Why iam m sell this car.Rana motor take money on every service but problem is remain unfinished.

I did my service for XL6, Mr Joginder service advisor was very helpful, I had called him before as I had broken my engine guard cover due to travel to spiti .. He assured it will be replaced and service was also done very quickly..Thankyou for the service experience.

Not satisfied at all . Poor lounge/ waiting area facilities with no serving of water and tea/coffee practically. I was made to wait 2 hours extra than promised time for delivery of my car. No body pays heed to whats going on as they are all busy with their phones.

Okay so, let me tell you that at this place apart from getting your car serviced, you have another of taking home a new looking and inspected second hand car to you home.As all those cars are inspected properly and wont trouble you much.Now coming to the behaviour of staff Ill have to say that the behaviour of the staff was good. But the only thing is that they try to convince you in your very first visit to take home your car.And even sometimes people get convinced and book their cars. Dont Go on weekends in ITC very Russy

Yesterday i visit here, was getting some problem in car AC but the advisor didnt even try to understand my car problem and without inspection handover back to me by stating show us when arise. After 50KM car ac again stops working. Its Very strange to see Such unprofessional and rude behaviour of service centre. Today i visit the PASCO and problem completly resolved. I personally advise to everyone and specially my Maruti colleague to never visit here.

Poor and costly service, charges more than thrice the actual amount for replacement parts and oils. And if you ask them regarding the same they will not listen. You specify multiple things to get done in Job card but the Mechanic doesnt refer to Job card and will do whatever is told to him by the staff or person who prepare job card.Also the 4 or 5 stars and good reviews are from their own employees.

Stole perfume from my car and charged me 207 for 1st service saying its for hygiene and the bill will be sent on whatsapp, but didnt get the bill

Cheaters, Really disappointing service and rude staff never going to get serviced again from them. Charged thrice the Actual amount of Oils and other parts. And wasnt willing to rectify amount, nor were able/ willing to solve the issue in car.Charged near 4k for the Engine Oil itself which doesnt cost more than Rs1200 also the Price of Same MGA Engine oil On amazon Was Rs1099. Charged 16k for Swift Petrol 2012 model for basic service.And were not willing to deliver the car unless the full amount is paid as they were not willing to rectify the amount or Justify the Amount. (Saying we are not charging it in our personal Account)

Costly and disappointing service in addition to rude staff.Charged almost 4x for engine oil and 2-3x for other partsEven after specifying things to get done in Job card , they will Do according to them, and Mechanic servicing doesn’t even refer to Job Card, does only what is told to by Staff unless it makes them money.Also they will Charge separately for installation of Replacement parts in addition to The service charges, and which will not be specified earlier, and this will make service more costly and dig deeper into your pockets.There was Customer talking to employee post service that he is not satisfied, the employee argues and get into fight , rather than rectifying their entire service staff and security comes and asks him to leave rather to rectify the issue also the car Doesn’t seems to be much older. Less than 2 years old maybeAlso the good rating and reviews are from their own staffEven after you get the service, they will Bombard you with Msgs on Whatsapp from different numbers to get the car serviced and their promotional stuff.

You will not get your car on the day you have been told.

Nice in work only in service and work you ask. But you ask any opinion work they give you a replace whole equipment. Like steering (if need only joints) disk breaks making noise then overhaul suspension. They dont ask for applying Bills no you Beautiful Car

My cars 4th regular service was due so I contacted to Rana Motors Pvt.Ltd, Sector 17-18,Gurgaon and deliver the car for service. When I got invoice i found that they have charged service charges, wheel alignment charges and wheel balancing charges on very higher side. For e.g. they have charged Rs.2350.00 for labour charge against general charge of Rs.1600.00 charged by another dealer which is on very higher side.Rana motor is the authorized dealer of maruti and the price differs so much from another dealer.However there should be uniformity in service charges across all india.

I have had the worst experience of my life at this place. My biggest fault i trusted this place. My car celerio met with an accident and i had come here to get it replaced. The challenges/difficulties these people me being a Female made me face were just disgusting and I don’t wish that even for enemies.everyone from the GM to lower staff is skilled at lying and miscommittments and are full cheats.Its been more than 2 months i have not received my indirapuram claim return from these people. Each time they have a new silly excuse to give.They have harrased me and wasted my hell lot of time and energies and HELPED ME WASTE MONEY TOO.No support , no cooperation, no customer service , no commitments.ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH THEM.I really pity maruti for outsourcing services to such cheats.Btw anyways i will escalate this matter to maruti and consumer court OFCOURSE.My story is long could not naraate the entire here but in short i wish my money comes back quickly and i can get rid of these cheats asap.
