Alsorg is the worst vendor I have ever used in my life. They are extremely unprofessional, arrogant and lack customer orientation. They charge 5 star rates and delivered sub optimal quality. They installed a unit in my house which was bad quality, no one from their team bothered to come and check and after having redone the unit and created disruption in my house for 12 days( after committing the work will be done in 3-4 days) it still stands as a bad bad bad quality unit for which I paid shy of 10lacs. If anyone ever decides to use alsorg it would be at their own risk. I have made sure no one in my friends and family ever go to them.

They are par excellence. I can recommend them to anyone who is looking at best quality interiors. Their management team led by Mr Sajal and Kapil are very professional people. Very impressed with their work ethics and quality.

Before you buy anything from this overpriced place please read the reviews here. The sales representatives are number one liars I have ever met, they told me everything would be covered . I got scratches and leather started to peel off and when I called they refused the guarantee ! What a joke! I paid hefty amount but there furniture are use less , sofas are changing shapes in just 3 months Please for your peace of mind go to other places to spend your hard earned money and avoid Alsorg ,worst quality
