Just okay 👍 with 3 starsBeen Croma a couple days ago to purchase new mobile for mother, which is I demanded there’s not available 😆 my god, they made me purchasing another phone with out of my budget but what happened, I had to purchase so I did Redmi 9 power with 4gb ram 128 storage, they are much cleaver 😂 like master of marketing, well I was happy after giving new phone to my ♥️ maa.Thank god 🙏

I bought an expensive appliance from this store recently, once you hand them the money they forget all about you, calls go unanswered, they will promise to callback and assist, never happens. after the purchase .i visited the store again after a week, since i was at worldmark, but these people are so keen on driving customers away, that i was standing there ,wanting to buy something, i had chosen my product without any assistance cause obviously they are too busy to assist even when you go there in person. so i am standing there, looking for someone to help me get the billing done and guess what, nobody bothers, i even asked this guy there( a staff, wearing a white shirt, which is different than their regular uniform so i assumed its someone with more authority) but guess what, he just looked around half heartedly and said to no one in particular that someone help the customer, which obviously nobody heard and then this man simply turned away. so that is cromas customer service for youmy advice, buy online, save yourself the unnecessary trip , cause its going to be a huge disappointment.

Pathetic experience. Timings on google are incorrect. Guard and staff dont know how to talk. There is a basic decency thats missing. Negative rating from my side. Find another store for electronics. There are thousands in gurgaon. Dont go to this one.

Piece of advice- find another store to buy whatever electronic you need. Highly disappointed. Would have rated 0, if there was an option.
