Worst place to buy electronics. You will face problems from day 1, no customer support nothing. Seems like they sell second hand products. Please dont buy from here. Buying products from here is like burning money if you want used products buy through olx instead.

One of the most pathetic after sales experience. Within 30 mins of installation Hitachi Ac went off. Now calling for last 2 days to the shop to check what is going on? Technician is saying it is not our job, call vijay sales. Vijay sales is saying what we can do?

Most of the things are good about this showroom.... except for they don’t give any particular time for delivery and installation... you have to wait the entire day and they show their helplessness about it.... secondly , when they show the music system to a buyer, the sound played is soo loud that it gives you headache and the person doesn’t care to slow it down either even if you complain about having headache... I was sitting nearby for EMI and couldn’t hear anything from the person sitting next to me and despite my several requests, no one bothered to slow down the music

Please beware!!!They didnt honor the commitment even after an amount was paid for holding a fridge..and very cold, indifferent and base behaviour afterwards. Far from feeling sorry (which could have resolved the issue), first, a whole team of salesmen surrounded us justifying that we were fools. and then suddenly they disappeared. We were literally requesting everyone to attend us. They were so cold that they didnt even care to return our booking amount of 200 rs. All in all, I will certainly make then answer for it. These receipts and other records cant lie. Then the manager gave me an excellent and thoughtful answer PAY IN FULL AND YOU WILL GET THE FRIDGE DILIVERED AT YOUR HOME DIRECTLY FROM SOME STORE IN DELHI (Mind it, it was an unboxed display unit with possiblity of scratches and dents). ----VERY EFFICIENT AND LEANRED BEHAVIOUR!!!!!!-----😲want to know from where they get such talent....PLEASE BEWARE

I have purchase whirlpool washing machine from vijey sales Jail road gurgaon. After using 3 to 4 times machine drayer motor not working. Try to call and MSG to vijey sales but no response on any no given. Very bad experience from whirlpool and vijay sales.

Overall experience was below than average. Additionally they dont have much varaties for kitchen appliances and their prices are expensive even in festival season compare to other outlets. Their staff are also not aware about prices and offers, seems like everyone telling different plan, discount, offers and they are more focused in clearing out their old stock inventory rather the latest models and hence will always guide purchaser in same order. I would suggest buyer to collect and study their requirements before going this place.
