I live here and its a nice place to call home... Might look like an old building from outside,But from inside it has nice 4bhk flats with spacious rooms and balcony with a beautiful view of Endless roads.

Place is good but as usual in Gurgaon you must at least own your own vehicle to move from one place to another.

This is really good and nice.

Location easy to find as it is on the same road which runs along the metro line from huda metro stn. Flats are spacious, separate parking spaces, twp elevators per tower(a and b). Only drawback that there is no market nearby

I wish to tell everyone that Urja tower sector 47 gurgaon is not at all a nice place to live. There is no network coverage for Airtel and tata photon in that building. I was a tenant in B901 Urja tower, Ashish Raghav is himself a tenant there and he rent out the one room with attached bathroom to me. The separate meter was added but there was clear division of goverment electricity supply and society electricity backup provided. Ashish Raghav say the society runs on backup for 24 hrs. And he charged all the units consumed as Rs12 per unit. There was no verification done me and my roomies. Its all illegally done by people in gurgaon to earn money on someone elses property. The owner didnt even return my security amount by adding unnecessary stupid charges like electricity bill and ac installation charges. I highly recommend not to be tenant in Urja tower especially with Mr.Ashish Raghav.
