Very good society to have your home in, It has a big park in the middle and buildings all around it. The park is very big with trees and trails. The play area is also there for smaller children and overall it is nice!

Construction quality is good. Great space for flats. Well connect to Sector 47. Green space is great and water body as well. Society doesnt have proper club house which contains swimming pool and gym which is basic amenities expected from builder now a days.

Connectivity issue, Huge Mobile Network problem in whole society with all top telecom operators , Road condition is not good till Badshahpur Lights. Area is almost full of Dust. Now the new roads was constructed by government for connectivity of sector 69. Over all now society is becoming better now. Price of new house is bit high. In summer huge problem of electricity

If Facility is concern for you, please dont go for tulip violet.. Reason : Here , facility is maintained by external vendor Apple facility. In each tower ground floor there is one portion allocated to 2 BHK. So, usually they are occupied by residents who live on rent. It could be possible that some noisy resident could be your neighbor. I am facing problem with Cycles and 2 wheelers which residents like to park at ground floor stating security issues in spite of regular basement parking given for both. Facility on many issues put things on RWA or residents to solve within themselves. You will feel issues with guest parking as well. For Electricity and Water issues, they got less no. of staff for taking complains . Staff is old and well aware who will bribe them well. So, we need to bribe them to work on urgent basis else they wont come or will come after multiple calls. You will feel like looted . Cleanliness is maintained well in some towers because of few active residents but not all. Few residents from upper floors can through trash over to your balcony and it will fall on down floors And, AC water may spit at down floors as well for which regular complains keep coming. Its been 1 + year and i dont see any resolution in this society yet. Rest apart society is well maintained.

Well my true opinion as an owner of a flat, I am disheartened and disappointed in this society which is supposedly flagship project of the group - majorly disappointed with quality and design of the flats. I observed that -1. A lot of problems appear when you start to live in the society. It appear that not much thought was put in while building the flat.2. One of the decent options to buy because of its price range and its vicinity to Sohna road.3. A good option if you are thinking to rent and want to stay here for 1-2 years

Good connectivity. Surrounded by good social places and shops. Club is ok ok without any restaurant. Open gym and golf area is just for namesake. Seepage is an issue.

A great society complex. The past are slightly small but definitely worth living. The complex contains 24 buildings.But it is far from HUDA metro station about 10 kms) and only direct connectivity is via auto and cabs.It has lot of amenities like tennis, swimming and clubhouse in this complex. Many buildings are yet to be occupied.

No ventilation, Towers are tightly packed. Lift lobby very narrow. Flats too dark, no air to breath if no AC, specially in summers.

No gap between towers..No proper club house inside.. the small club house is for name sake.High density project.. You see no. of towers vs total land.Not sure about construction quality... If you see quality of Tulip Orange, White, Purple, Ivory etc you can make ur judgement.. They say its flagship project of Tulip, but not at par.. Seems like old era.Only advantage is location incase you work near sohna road..Otherwise you have enormous options in this budget...Why not to invest in reputed brand

Durga puja Cultural programme well organised. No subscription collected from any flat owner. Puja rituals excellent. Lunch served by the puja committee very good though this is the first time. Residents family members, ladies presented dance with nice costumes Rupang Dehi Jayang Dehi. Every bit of the dance touched hearts of audience.

This place provides a decent 3 4 bhk accommodation with the amenities of the societies on the sohna road.Price tag is lower as compared to Sohna road societies with minimal difference in amenities... place is developing though..and should be a good option within an year as malls, schools are also upcoming in the area.There has been further development with the cricket academy outside TV ..

Lived for 2 years great society but bad surroundings... The society in itself is a reason why I stayed there for 2 years.. moved amongst the first 40 families out of 400+ now.. maintenance, aura and ambience is very good and has developed really well in a short span of time.. now with 2 malls and plenty of shops nearby.. however Gets a bit lonesome and secluded during the night but so is the entire sector, i.e. 69 &70.. Though local people are good and shops too as well.. cons are definitely the area which will take another 2-4 years to fully develop, surroundings as well because the area is surrounded by few too many villages and the negative of coming under badshahpur and hence the security concerns..

A Good Project by Tulip Infrastructure. Got a call back from Favista after filling up the form on Tulip Violet website. The project looked good to me as it suited my needs. The advisors were helpful in letting me know the pros and cons for the location and the project.
