Situated so close to mg road metro with all amenities you could ever need just a phone call away, Essel towers is truly a wonderful place to live in. The neatly maintained lawns and parks and the view from the houses is cherry on the cake. Pilot court has the best apartments for bachelors given the reasonable rents and the large homes.

Great location. Situated just walking distance form MG road metro station. The view from higher floors is phenomenal. The metro run across the township providing one of the best photo worthy spots. Very safe and secure.

Visited essel tower to attend at corporate office training. There is Essel Club inside the Essel tower. Space is pretty much very big. This a club for the society members and they have a pool, you can play badminton here as well. And also they give spance for the training to the corporate offices.Washrooms are very nice also.

A good place to stay in gurgaon, with good connectivity and facilities, however the society is subdivided into smaller divisions called as courts, which restrict the movement of resident of one court to another. Some of the courts don’t have their own gardens, but still they are not allowed to enter gardens in the other courts.Moreover, there are multiple power failure every day because of which DG is pressed into the service and the electricity bill skyrockets every months.The houses even though are new (some of them) have a lot of seepage because of poor quality of materials used for construction.

If you are looking out for a society in Gurgaon, which has 2,3,4 or 5BhK and is near to sector 17, sector 18, sector 21, Cyber City, Sikandarpur, Chakkarpur, MG Road then Essel Towers Society is the best one.It is right on the main road so you dont have to worry about public transports. It has multiple nearby metro stations like MG Road, Sikandarpur, Iffco Chowk.Well managed, neat and clean Guarded society with high security.It has all the amenities like Gym, Club house, Swimming Pool, grocery shops(multiple), multiple medical shops, ATM, Dry Cleaner, Parlour, Gardener, Maintaince Office etc.It is the only society with all these amenities within the society premises.It also has a temple and a dargah nearby.The only drawback is water clogging during the Heavy rain. Yes, days when weather is bad and it rains for several hours it is really tough for the society people to even step out.Rest I would suggest it as one of the decent society to live in.Pictures for reference below.

Stayed in one of the appartment which has 5 rooms and big hall..really awesome place to live..but its very costly. Rent of the apartment was 80k per month..OMG. Btw it was not my money..provided by compny for stay of 3weeks.

OK place to stay as a single, but I think much better as a family. I stayed in a serviced three-bedroom apartment for a little over one month. It was OK, but I didnt like the 9th floor location much nor the quite dull interior decoration. Service is good overall though. An ATM, two restaurants, a food truck and several convenience stores can be found on the compound. Lots of security personnel and totally safe inside.

I stayed here for 3 days and I cant say that my stay was good. I discovered upon arrival that the service apartments had plenty of cockroaches and other cozy bugs. I also noticed that the apartment had a lot of quick fixes that was not visible on the pictures. Like holes in the windows for water hoses and huge gaps under the doors (perfect size for bugs). This seems to be the normal standard to Indian people but I would recommend expats from Europe/US to find a decent long term hotel instead. Even a tiny 3-4 star hotel room was better than these huge apartments.

It was a corporate guest house for me. So no idea about the cost. But it was perfectly maintained. Five rooms in my apartment and good hall. Can also be used for few days for tourists

The apartments are really well made. The best part of these apartments is the reach to the main road. At most 200 metres from MG Road, the towers are best located and withing reach of main roads, metro station and IFFCO chowk Bus stand.

Im living here since last 2 weeks and feel good as per security, cleanness and facilities.Not giving 5 stars because shops closing time is around 10PM and after that if you need anything just wait for next morning. So, its not for those who want 24*7 services.

Not good in rains. The entrance floods completely . The security arrangement is good. Maintenance is also well. Have been living since a year havent faced any issue yet.Maids are easily available. Medical store, convenience stores, salon are placed inside the society.

Visited this locality twice in last one year. Well maintained. Security at the gates. Grocery stores in the society. flats were large, airy and spacious. the complex is on a O layout. near by metro connectivity.

Good locality, close to many malls, situated on MG road which is a major advantage.I personally dont like room size.They charge 11-12₹/unit for electricity which is alot for me. But you will get 24 power backup.It have all the necessary facilities like gym, pool, spa, shopping center.

Awesome residential complex . It was built for pilots. It is at a distance of half an hour from Indira Gandhi international airport. It has excellent security arrangements.

Best residential complex with easy access to metro station and all major location in gurgaon. Located in prime location. Clubhouse,gym etc services are part of it. Highly secured apartment with levels of checking. 100% power backup and no problem with water services.

This is one of the oldest and richest society of Gurgaon! Based near the metro station, this is one of the finest looking and living society! Excellent security and nearly every item of daily needs is readily available with in the society market itself.

Nice place to live. This place is close to national highway.In addition, there are high rise towers having many flats.There are all modern ameneties except a few such as there is no PNG connection. Sometimes water problem occurs.Moreover, there is a security gate with guard. There are a few shops nearby where people can buy their daily needs items from.

House keeping good

Its the most convenient residential area in and around Gurgaon. Walkable to mg road, metro, highway, cabs and busses and malls are easily accessible. Security is good and maintenance is reasonable. Lots of expat stay here for the same reason. Old folks running society can be a hurdle here at times like all other places. Has its own club and small shopping centre.

The society still doesn’t have piped gas systems.Residents are using cylinders inside flat in highrise building. Apart from inconvenience, keeping cylinders in highrise buildings are like keeping bombs 💣 in middle of the floors of highrise buildings.Irony is people are ready to spend 10-12k on weekend parties, on all unnecessary things but not on safety for family, for community, inconvenience for the most important person who feeds us with so much love from the kitchen.

A decent place with a great location to live by in Gurgaon city. Gets a bit tough to find a parking place while visiting this society. Bit overall its worth the hustle.

The apartment is located in mid way between mg road and iffco chowk metro station and its a prime location to stay for a person working in Gurgaon.The rent is on higher side i.e. for a 2 bhk flat it is around 40,000 rupees plus maintenance. The availability of 2 bhk is very less as most of the flats are 3 or 4 bhk.There are stores inside the campus for daily purchase items and saloon. Security in the society is good.

Essel tower is a residential complex near MB road metro station gurgaon.well maintained, lush green campus, club,society and security is available there.

I stayed in the ziffy accomodation for almost 2 years. It was really a comfortable stay. No issues were faced in these 2 years from ziffy’s side. But at the end would like to give one suggestion that please renew your properties on regular basis as i didnt found worth to pay for 10 years old equipments provided in my last accomodation. The assets in the kitchen like fridge , washing machine are too old to be used effectively.

You can feel the best morning in Gurgaon while sitting in the balconies here, the view is awesome, MG metro is right there, security is tight, people are so cool, Malls of Central Gurgaon are just 200 meters away. Overall Awesome place to live, with a great view of metro in every 5 mins.

Easel tower is a posh apartment in the vicinity of MG Road. Its a prominent landmark. MG Road and IFFCO Chowk metro station are in walking distance from this society. Well connected with NH 8 delhi jaipur highway. All amenities viz pool club house gym etc are available in the society.

Well located residential complex, but doesnt give you the luxe feel. Good spacious flats nonetheless.
