On the day of keys handover my flat was in a horrible condition, and team denied to repair the damage caused by them. reached to my sales representative, civil engineers at site, people in corporate office, even official email of company and everyone i had access with. they dont directly deny it but keep on passing responsibility to each other. tiles were broken, floor damaged, accessories missing. once you make the payment, you are on your own. they dont take any responsibility. regret buying from this builder. shouldve gone with reputed builders like M3M or DLF. Be very careful, they dont keep their promises.

Pathetic after sales service. once you give the token amount, you are locked. quality of work is bad, staff is non-cooperative, owners are arrogant. go with a reputed builder who fulfil their promises.

Luxury project. Construction at high speed. Good developer. Overall a good project for luxury living. Single tower
