Overall it is good.Amenities: Single/Double bed (without mattress), Fan, Light, individual electricity meter with 9rs/unit, basement parking, inverter power backup for 3rd biulding only.Rent: For double bed 6K, single bed 5K, and double bed with power backup 7K but currently due to Covid Rs.1000 is less on all type of rooms.This is nearby to main road, nearby to main market, you can get everything nearby. Rent is also effordable. But but but this is the place where everyone is troubled by Monkey 🐒 sometimes you wont be able to go out of your room. The lady owner of this property is little rude.but you need not to interact with her. A caretaker handles the thngs there.

Ventilation is a big problem in the building and no theres no lift in the building with 6 floors... except for this its a decent clean and well maintained place

Lady owner of the property is very rude. She uses abusive words. On our last day, they charged us for wrong meter reading. We were kept on telling her to speak in a humble way. But she did not get it. Being a professional, I never heard such language. May be you are haryanvi does not mean you have got the permit to hurt people with your language. Please dont ever go to live on rent in this property. They charge you for monthly cleaning and there is no cleaning done trust me. Lot of electricity fluctuation.
