I say better place then others in the middle of city gurgaon. Good surroundings and environment. Enjoyed a little bit living here not for long time.

Nice society with greenery all over the campusVery clean campus with number of security guard which provides you a mental peace of safety. No one can come inside without the permission of residence and in this corona time they are measuring temperature and maintaining record of all the people including owners and tenants in the society. Society is well maintained and you will love to reside here.

An old residential complex with almost Sarkari attitude of staff and a lot of Red Tapism. Over the top expensive units despite old style construction. Not matching modern Gurgaon architecture.

Good place to live with quite locality

Visiting since 2011(my sistrrs house), the whole area within the atlantis is very well maintained. Good security system is managed by the team.

Quaint little society. Much smaller than some of the other ones but on the main highway. Nicely laid out flats, ample security and spaces to walk and play.

Feels like you are in a bubble, neat clean well maintained outside public places with good guest parking facilities . Though is undulated outside space may make it difficult for the handicap to maneuver. The apartments are decent sized with good amenities and a sizable foyer down with proper security at the gate but they really harass you to fill in tiny details when you go in even though there is cctv camera there wish they had a computerized system of checking in . But on the whole a great experience as they celebrate all festivals together and there is an affluent crowd staying in.

A place worth to live. This is a gated society with security guard at the gate.It is a safe place to live. It has large area where various flats have been built with proper space.In addition, rooms are big in size and equipped with latest ameneties.Moreover, there is a separate section for children to play around and for adults and senior citizens to walk around.Nice place to live.However, outside of this society, a lot of renovation work is required.

It is very Bad behaviour done by Society Peoples in the Rheja. For The EWS people in Sect-31 Gurugram,Even they are not allowing the EWS people through Gate No. 4 which one is near to Highway and told us to come through GateNo.3 which is around 1.5 km away.So i will Suggest not to buy any Flat in this society. I faced even same behaviourBy those peoples also they put notice not to sit in their park also....

Its a nice society located on the national highway. So its very good as far as connectivity is concerned. However the central green area could have been a bit larger than it is.

Good Place and well managed .

I had a horrible experience staying in this society. I moved out in 2 months. The guards are rude and they have weird rules. Its not a bachelor friendly society. We were living peacefully, still society had problem with our presence. Although, its one of the finest societies, but still works on age-old paper gate-pass method when myGate is being used by even smallest societies. The society is judgemental about bachelor girls specially and they have harassed my friends too. SO I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here.

A posh multistorey apartments and villas society located in Gurgaon/Gurugram. The society is an up and rising colony that looks like its newly built. It is near to main amenities and has multiple facilities inside the colony too. The society is gated with presence of security guards 24*7 at all gates. They are using the register entry system from when I last visited.The society has beautifully maintained parks and green area for residents to get a break from the air pollution.

I love this place do the following reasons1) Excellent location- on highway but separated by a green belt. No pollution, lots of breeze2) very well maintained colony. Mostly IT, and professionals. Friendly people3) All facilities available in housing- tennis, swimming pool, gym etc4) Away from rest of Gurgaon clutter. In fact the only colony best accessed by road from Delhi.5) inexpensive market and vegetable market walking distance6) All good schools very close7) The RWA is quite active. The security is excellent.8) Close to airport9) Affordable apartments as compared to other high rise apartments.I will recommend this strongly to anyone

Positives: Located close to NH8. Very comfortable for travelling to Cyber Hub, Airport or Dhaula Kuan (20 Min, 35 Min and 45 Mins during peak office time). Big living and dining rooms. Big balconies. Good neighborhood.Negatives: Relatively small bedrooms. No squash court. No community hall.

Currently, I feel that this is the best place to stay in Gurgaon, everything considered. These include1) Right on NH8, very easily accessible, yet away from the noise as is separated by a huge area of green belt. You cannot hear any noise of traffic in the colony2) Very open, green and peaceful place3) Very secure, has one of the best securities in Gurgaon4) Has all well developed amenities- swimming pool, lawn tennis, badminton, gym (air conditioned), snooker, table tennis. This is unlike so many newer colonies in Gurgaon which boast of these facilities but these are yet to be constructed.5) People are friendly, well educated and belong to a good section of society6) Close to all basic amenities- markets close by including vegetable market. Sadar Bazar has lots of things which are quite in-expensive unlike those sold in malls. I enjoy shopping here and the market is bigger than Sarojini nagar and equally inexpensive7) Well accessible from airport- 15 minutes8) I actually find the pollution much less than Delhi. I find the place open and lots of good breeze9) No problem for parking, the society also has a room available for driver to stay tonight if required10) The quality of construction is very good, and the living spaces are open and quite spaciousI was hesitant to move in from Delhi , but now that I have, I do not have any regrets at all. I enjoy staying here
