It is a lovely place to live . A good community living . Nice ambiance and lots of place for morning walkers. Rules and regulations set in the society has been formed for the welfare of the residents. Most probably This is the only society where all national and regional festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm. Lots of residents who have moved due to their own requirements still wants to come back and live in the complex. Complex has all daily requirements within . Love Regency Park I living . Needs elevators to go to basement Parking . Close to all main market.very good apartment for a small family . It is only two bed room apartment. Great living

Very Disappointing to know that after moving to Regency Park 1 there are rules which are absurd. No work of Carpenters/Electricians/Plumber is allowed on Sundays and Monday to Saturday only from 9am to 6 pm its allowed and that too from 2 pm to 4 pm its not allowed. It is difficult for working class people to do any household related works.In addition Airtel Digital TV or any other Dish TV is not allowed inside just because some kind of an understanding between some local cable TV network (Den Digital) and Regency Park 1.This is high time such rules should be removed as I have stayed in other premium societies in Mumbai and other cities too but this kind of hypocrisy havent seen any where. If I would have known earlier I wouldnt have moved in.My suggestions to families thinking of moving inside here please first check the society rules.
