I have Flat No F1903 in MAPSKO amount ville and visited there today. I feel happy to the quality and speed of the project today. Work is shaping in very good speed. Work of Entry gates, Swimming pools, parks, horticulture, Club in very good speed. Lifts of KONE make with specious and good lobby area. Bathrooms Fittings of Kohler make of good quality. It seems MAPSKO will deliver the project very soon. A very good experience today visiting with Mr Neeraj from MAPSKO.

I found the property on google as it was highly rated. Initially, a thought clicked my mind that the rating is too good to be true as most of the reviews are written in a perfectly good English with lots of adjectives. However, after visiting the property recently, I found the rating to be untrue.Below are the reasons for the same:1. Overpriced: The property is situated in Sector 79 which is at nascent stage of development. The roads are not good and still the property is priced at starting point of around 90 lakhs except registration charges.2. Furnishing Status: Although the sales executive are claiming that property is ready to move but i found these claims untrue after visiting the property. The labour were still working there and the finishing conditions of towers were bad. We were shown the sample flat only but not the actual flat. Therefore, the claim of providing furnished flat with modular kitchen with ACs couldnt be verified.3. Flat dimensions: Flat dimensions are not great and felt the sizes are very small.4. Security: The area surrounding the property does not seem to be safe. I dont know what will be the condition in night as I visited in afternoon. The area is basically seems to be a commercial area type as there were many commercials vehicles like truck etc. in the vicinity. Further, there was only security guard at main entrance of society. No other security people were seen anywhere.I would also like to point out that there were many men on the property who did not look like buyers. I think they were sales people but they were continuously smoking and were sitting there without much work. I found that to be little scary as I was with female family members.Only one good thing about the project was its clubhouse. Although, banquet hall is still under construction.Consider before visiting and purchasing the flat there.

I visited mountville site to see my apartment. Team at site had made arrangements and gave me a close round of project in their sanitized car. The overall look and feel of project is awesome. I could see the club coming out very nice. Even swimming pool was looking marvellous. Though it was a little disappointing when i come to know that i was not allowed to see my flat from inside but i felt happy and content after seeing the way project is shaping up and come out nice, from ground floor only.
