This society is pretty average. The approach road and entrance is broken. Build quality seems poor.

The roads are a bit improper otherwise its the peaceful society on or nearby sohna road

Outstanding housing society with fantastic amenities and ambience. Apartments are spacious and well laid out. Although it is located at a couple of kilometers off Signs Road, a grocery store, pharmacist and saloon are available inside the complex itself. Fantastic club house with swimming pool and gym. Terrible approach road though it is under construction and renovation as if this writing.

One of the best residential complexes I have seen. Has all amenities and is well maintained. Approach road is not good. Hopefully will be done better in some time

The society in itself is pretty good and self sufficient. The only downside is that the place is not well connected. You have to go through farms and village to reach this high rise.

A real posh life, open spaces are good. Club facilities and other areas designated for sports are well placed. Each age group finds place for here.

Cool and calm society. nice place to live in. situated at Sector 71 Gurgaon Haryana. spacious flats built by CHD Developers Limited and now maintained by CHD facility Management Private Limited. high rise building with power backup and nicely maintain landscape. maintenance agency charges common area charge every month

A nice society. Everything is fine from society point of view. But, road which leads to this place is a mess and reaching this place is really difficult without a vehicle. It is located in the outskirts, one cant find anything around apart from a dusky wine shop.

Nice society. APPROACH ROAD needs to be made soon. SPACIOUS apartments and very well secured.

This place is named as Avenue 71 outside the societys main entrance and no CHD is written, so adds confusion. This place is in an open area where it is the only place to visit and some small fields and open land is there.

This complex is in the middle of no where with approach roads which are terrible. The buildings seem to be in a state of disrepair just 3 years after construction. The quality of construction seems ordinary.

It is a nice apartment complex with pleasant surroundings, some nice landscaping, ample parking space and well planned apartments. The approach to the place is difficult. It is far away from civilisation

Good society to stay. It has gym, restaurant and all other facilities. Just the road is not in good condition.

Good society for families to live with facilities like tennis court, pool etc. Reaching the place is difficult due to very bad road conditions. Also buildings have a poor quality of construction.

CHD Avenue 71 is no doubt one of the best managed and not so expensive society in Gurgaon.

Brilliant location surrounded with open fields yet 2 km from Sohna road. Beautiful layout with lots of open spaces. Flats have a very modern design withFrench windows for ample views, fresh air and sunlight! All modern amenities, good water quality, very well maintained, plush Clubhouse!!Awaiting though the 2nd approach road which will give connectivity a big boost. Rahul chowk will be just 3 km and Honda chowk 4 km. 👌👍

Approach road is not good. Otherwise Society it self is good.

I live in chd avenue tower 09.....and the horror am going thru everyday that cant be explained.....the whole tower is a living hell with construction still going on in every flat....hammering drilling and what not....i would suggest that kindly stay away from this tower if you are planning to move in...atleast for another 2 years this mess will go on.

Posh living place but worst connectivity

Its quite far from main road. Also the way to the society is not so good, the road is totally broken. Also the smell in the air is nor pleasant as there is a sanitation processing plant nearby.
