Nice appartment, ample amount of open space, parking is a bit cramped but other wise its great.

Pretty decent apartment built in a large area but the buildings are pretty old. Almost 20 years looking at the rooms, kitchen etc

CGHS SOCIETY build in 2008 . Location is good . In front of the market ans upcoming mall. Hevo 2 is 7 floor building 2.5 bhk.. overpriced as flats are already 13 yrs old . Flats have limited sunlight . 100 percent power backup at 18/- club has a hall and a playroom . Some flats have seepage issue . Termites is the biggest issue which I see as it has no permanent solution . Overall its an ok society keeping other CGHS societies in the proximity.

Good society with good security and decent surroundings. The society is well managed and kept clean. Although the apartments are a bit old compared to todays standards. Still i wouldnt mind moving in to live there. 7/10

Nice place for staying. I am staying here in an rented apartment for last few months. Vicinity of market place, public transportation, good school, rapid metro, movie theater makes this place suitable for leading quality life with family.

Located a bit too deep inside its a 15year old building. Signs of seepage are clearly visible in all the towers. Design and quality of construction are mediocre . Corridors are narrow around 2. 5 feet. Rent for a 3 bedroom flat is approx 30 k .Monthly maintenance charges of 2k are extra. Lifts and staircase are narrow. Transporting household items like double bed, steel almirah and other heavy items is a challenge.The only plus point is the market just across the road which boasts of More departmental stall, gym, beauty saloon etc

Nice Gated Community, with all the facilities including Power Backup and well maintained Gardens.The people are friendly and take part actively in all the festivals.

Most of the flats have seepage issue. Woodwork godown every alternate year as Termite Infestation is high. If youre planning to stay here better bring Metal furniture. Maintenance is below average. 100%power back up But only 1 AC will run at a time & that too if you have inverter AC.

Nyc apartment.

This is a residential society right in the heart of all supermarkets and main roads. I like the society. Only megative point to stay here is the ppwer back is not very good. When we have power cuts, the DG is unable to take the load of entire society. So if its summer time you may face difficulties in coping up here. During winters there are no such problems. Hope you enjoy your stay in this society.

Hewo apartments are very famous in sector 56 but are too old now. Less maintained but close to the city and the main markets.
