Amazing experience with Kamiya ma’am! She is so polite and dedicated. I am really happy to see my daughter progress, she is in KG standard and when she joined these sessions she was not even thorough with phonetics sound, with Kamiya ma’am Effort she can now read so well. I am very happy with these sessions. Totally worth it.

A society which is very remote and its in village, no local shops, no public transport. I wont recommend to live here. A place where is water logging, dusty areas, no safety, beware if you are travelling during night.

From outside the project looks beautiful,but it has very serious seepage issues in the basement due to higher ground water lever that is making Structure weak. Construction is also average

Still waiting to get permanent electricity connection in Heritage One after 6 years

Haven’t seen better sports facilities in any other residential complex. Lots of children playing an actual sport (Basketball) is a rare sight these days. Have to go check out the indoor badminton and squash courts besides the well equipped gym.

102 sectors is a great location. Apartment falls near an intersection. HMax Apartments are very spacious with good interiors and big balconies!! They have a sports theme with big football field and other amenities!

One of the best societies on Dwarka expressway and a boom on sector 102 as it is right on highway and adjacent to Dwarka expressway. The project has large green spaces and all amenities of which key highlights are the floodlit football ground, a good restaurant, cycle track and large swimming pool. The society is neatly maintained & already 60% people are living there. Also 3 malls are coming within 500mtr Radius one of which is already made. Definitely a good option for all the interested buyers.!

Worse Society and specially the staffs work here (JLL) leaves no stone unturned to make it worst be it maintenance company or Builder personnel deputed here..Senior Defence personnel staying here also needs to understand that they are no longer at cantonment area and it’s a civilian society.
