Nice hospital with good staff. All facilities available. Keep mask up when you go there. No social distancing followed.Out side food allowed in the room for attendant even cafeteria is there a bit expensive compare to outside rate.

I would not recommend this hospital because they give you the wrong medicines so that you have to come there again and get checked up. They are careless and charge so much and dont give good medicines and are very reckless. Go at your own risk

Yesterday, 3 Oct 2021 I went there because I got my hand cut accidentally with a knife. I had applied turmeric powder on my hands to stop the bleeding.When I reached there, I was asked to clean my own wound, even after they took emergency charges. Extra emergency charges for X-ray but yet I had to wait a long time to get the x-ray done. The doctor was very impolite and probably knew that I didnt require an x-ray but still he made me do it. Very unprofessional staff. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Very unprofessional staff .Not at all punctual. They are trying to earn through extended admission so that their room charging days increase. If they come to know a person has TPA they every staff member will take advantage and extends the number of days in the process and room rent increases. For a small cosmetic surgery they admitted my father for more than 3 days and when TPA Representative came then they told him that patient had fever , so they admitted. Farud hospital. Be aware of the TPA helping staff like Pawan .

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!I booked an appointment and still had to wait for 2.5 hours to see the doctor.The reception staff did not respond to any of my queries.Also had to pay for a 2nd consultancy with the same Doc on the 4th day itself.Doctors are good but its is the manegement that is not working properly. They kept on sending in random patients.

I think this is a better hospital in gurugram instead of others, especially for the heart related problem. My approach is based on affordability and staff hospitality. My brother is admitted due to a heart attack and he is discharged within 3 days with better health. I want to mention that the canteen has a good taste and hygienic food.

Got vaccinated on 12th August . Simple and quick process .

I have been there for my mothers gall bladder stone surgery in August 2020. At that time I told to doctor and to the administrative staff there that this is a deceased govt. Employees wife case and we want to treat it in penal and my father was a haryana govt teacher. For this treatment there isnt any need of medical card, we have to pay medical expenses first and then we have to apply for reimbursement thats it. I told all this to staff. At that time they didnt tell me that without card they will not admit in penal or didnt tell any other alternative for this and they made bill without govt directed package. Today I met the administrative staff regarding this and they denied that I have told about penalized treatment. This misguidance led me to 52% loss in reimbursement. This loss may not be huge for them but for me and my family this is a big amount to loose.Reply to the ownerRespected sirI respect hospitals policies but I am again clearing my issue. What you are telling me now about the policies didnt clear by administration at that time. I have cleared the process which we would gonna be apply for reimbursement. And you can check the process for case of dependents of a deceased employee in education department and so we applied. If once they said us that without card they cant admit in panel I would definitely provide some other valid proof. But they neither tell me that without card admission cant be done in panel nor they asked us to provide some valid alternatives. They just admitted my mother and made bill without govt directed package which wasnt in my knowledge. They didnt clear the things and process well. I went to hospital and told them all story and i had schools application too that the bill that made wasnt according to govt rule but they didnt even see that.

Mr. Rayees wani hospital incharge is very helpful and responsive.....He made all the arrangements for my friends mother who was covid positive and gave us all the updates on time....In these critical times, he readily picked the phone and responded to our every query.....He is a great guy....

We had a nice experience with Mayom Hospital Gurugram . My Wife delivered a baby on 2nd May 2021. We had started visiting Dr Arti Gupta since last year ( lockdown times ) . During Whole pregnancy, Dr Arti has treated my Wife very well and done all necessary exams and keep guiding us and congratulating always. Our Ultrasound experience was also good , not too much waiting. We had made Family card , so we’re always getting discounts on OPD visits and IPD treatment also.Just Before due date we had stress because of 2nd wave of COVID and subsequent situations all over India , then Mayom Hospital assured us that Mother’s & New Born baby’s safety is their first concern, and all precautions will be taken and it’s hospital responsibility. Finally we were blessed with a baby girl on May 2. I would like to thankyou Dr Arti , Dr Deepa , Dr Saurabh Prakash and team , All OPD staff , Receptionists and Nurses specially Sandhya , and all other Mayom Hospital Staff. Thankyou so much.

I am Sachin Saxena from UP Bareilly. I was covid positive so I admitted in mayom hospital gurgaon. Really good hospital - Dr. Satish and Dr. Charu are experienced & well talented with politely. They are taking appropriate measuring to control the covid-19 situation. Now I was discharged and going to home. Thanks Dr. Satish & Dr. Charu for special caring.

WORST OF THE WORST . they charge absurd amounts . for a tetanus injection they charged 700 . and the only question asked to the doctor was that would a tetanus injection cause any issue if the patient was vaccinated with Covid vaccine few days before . absolutely unprofessional Dr. Arnab Banerjee , Nurse Soham Singh and receptionist Sumit Kumar who did not mention any such charges before and even after we asked repeatedly . tetanus injections cost 11 rupees + syringe charges . even if hospital charged 100 rupees extra its fine but 700 rupees for a 5 min procedure , that is very unprofessional and unethical .

I walked in for vaccination after registering online. Very helpful staff helped me ensure vaccination in 2-3 hours. There were glitches due server speed, impatient vaccine takers but Mr Rayees Wani and team handled it with utmost professionalism. They kept their composure despite all odds. Hats off to Mayom team for great service which sets standard in healthcare industry.

Admitted my mother for 4 days for tongue issue. Here is my take:1. Advice provided by Dr Manish was helpful. He diagnosed the problem correctly and suggested appropriate treatment.2. Nursing staff, Admin staff, billing staff all need much more training.3. Would appreciate TPA staff as they did their part within time and were helpful in getting the security refund done.

I had to get vaccinated for covid, so I visited Mayom Hospital as I was told it is one of the best hospitals. On my visit for the vaccine, I found that rush was there but the administrator, Mr Rayees Wani did a fabulous job by managing the whole situation. He managed everything very professionally and made sure the process was smooth. This was really great. Not only this, Mr. Sonu, the Infection control nurse, was also an expert in vaccination.
