Visited the hospital again to return the medicine, but they refused to take it back with the words that we can not take it back as strip is crushed, they have forcefully given me these medicines by manipulating me that I can return it back, but now they clearly refuse it with words that strip is crushed, they are giving medicines in a paper wrap where as they keep the medicines in box, they dont understand that when we hold a paper wrap that hold medicines can get a bit of stretches, over the top they are saying to wait and ask doctor for the same. Two strips with mrp of 400 and they said just through it in trash box.

One of the prominent hospitals in sector 15 . Nice and clean with sufficient medical care and help. A number of medicine shops and eateries in vicinity .

Many facilities available there and now Neurologists also provides services there. General physician available everyday and they provide quality services.Visited there due to some urological problems and dr. Raman handled it very well. Dr. Raman is very polite in nature and listen to all of your problems and provide you genuine solutions. He is expert in his field.Also hospital is very clean and staff members are educated and guide you well.Parking facility is also good there. Hospital has two entrances.Even at the time of lockdown when majority of hospitals were not providing facilities. It was open every day and also provided video call facilities.They work like professionals and provide you a UHID linked to your mobile no. And all your consultations and medical records including your medicines were on that UHID.Trust me it is the best place for any kind of medical problems.And just go to dr. Raman tanwar regarding any urological issues you wont be disappointed.

Writing this review while I am sitting in the hospital. I dont know if the doctors know about this but the people at reception and nurses are taking extra charges(500±) from the rich patients so that they skip the normal queue and it is kind of a bribe.Normally, they follow a token system and take 200 rupees as consultation charge. Another thing is that they dont even give a receipt or acknowledgement that they have taken 200 rupees.I could see a couple entering the hospital and giving more than normal charges and getting the next number through the male nurse without any token. They did not even have any medical emergency. What about the people waiting in normal queue? This way they make you wait for hours.After I see all this going on, In no time it started a chaos and everybody started yelling at the nurse and staff.Always ask them for the receipts for every penny they take.

Dr R P Singh is a brilliant doctor. No fuss no extra expenses and his diagnosis is spot on.Only downside is that it is always crowded. No waiting time is always more than 1 hour or so if you are lucky.So if you have time to spare and looking for a good doctor, this is the place.

Dr. Milind Tanwar is a very soft spoken person who listens to patient at ease and thoroughly makes himself clear as to the root cause of the problem which he then explains to the patient with ease. Who get to the root cause of the pain and suffering after analysing all the symptoms and suggest you the best possible treatment.I am consulting Dr. Milind Tanwar for neck pain and headache which I was thinking is due to cervical but it aint.
