My cat had a little health issue when I was away. Simba was in boarding but the team reached out to me and informed me. the doctors at DCC were so helpful and the matter was resolved, some medication needed was given after a discussion with me and I came back to a happy fur ball

I had to travel from Guwahati (Assam) to France with my pet cat, Chester. We needed to spend about three days in Delhi for the documentation at AQCS and also because of the limited flights due to the Pandemic. DCC Petcare was recommended to me by my agents at Petfly and I cant thank them enough for that. DCC is not a creche or any other facility for pets, its a home that is run by highly caring people who are out and out animal lovers. The placed Chester in a room next to another cat and I think this changed her entire stay there. I thought she would be having the blues after the long journey, but surprisingly, she was at home the moment we released her from her travel bag. Curiosity was intact and the boys who received us took to her immediately. I was being kept constantly updated with videos through a WhatsApp group created by Mr. Nitin who runs the show there. Ms. Gurjeet and her team of guys know what they are doing and they cared for Chester like their own baby. I dont think I will be able to find anything better than DCC Petcare ever again for my pets. I wish they had a presence all over India, but I guess Diamonds are rare.A big thanks to everyone there once again, not just from me, but also from my Family in France where everyone is happily reunited!

I highly recommend DCC Petcare. The team is beyond amazing. Usually when we go out of town, our dog puts on a huge show when we return. He whimpers telling us a story of how hard it was without us. I have been visiting DCC Animal Hospital Gurgaon for the last few days and I was very impressed with their premises, cleanliness, diagnostic machines, treatment and the results.But only until this evening. DCC Animal Hospital and its doctors demolished my faith in them when I needed them most.Around 5.45 pm, my pet Kari started having convulsions all of a sudden and her stomach started bloating up and she was screaming in pain with her mouth violently opening and shutting very hard. Then she vomited blood. No doubt we got panicked and called DCC Animal Hospital for emergency assistance.Perhaps its our bad luck, even after I spoke to some one at DCC followed by messages to doctors and staff, the much needed help did not come.Kari passed away a few hours later after a lot of struggle through the night...I hope this doesnt happen to any one else!PS: I just saw the response from DCC . Since I cannot find a reply button, I am putting my response here: No Team DCC, no one from DCC responded to my SOS calls and messages. Its wrong to say that you tried to save Kari...

Have been coming to DCC for the last couple of months and have had fabulous service from the Vets. Theyre equally loving to all pets Ive seen and the team is ever smiling right from reception to doctors and that really boosts the positivity one feels and one becomes hopeful that their pet will be better soon. The Clinic Is well equipped with all the sophisticated tools for surgery. The OT is really advanced and I feel my pet is safe in case he ever needs it. Even general ward is really clean compared to any other pet hospital

Best vet hospital in Gurgaon ! Wonderful and doctors are efficient and so helping . I have an Indie, who got into a fight with a bigger dog. We visited DCC couple of times as part of his procedure. I can only say, vets like these are much needed.

The only boarding place I have been to that is so clean. Normally the floors are dirty , some stains etc, here the place smelt so fresh and sanitised, it felt amazing. My Dog was also really happy.

My pooch was so happy and pampered at the boarding. Did not seem to miss me which I actually love about DCC now. He has a home away from home.

I would say as always its my best ever experience at Dcc hospital, the ambience they provide also the hygiene level are extremely good . The one think i found here is that it is the very first hospital of india with all the modern facilities, you just name it and they have it for you and they treat your canine like their own baby and Dr.vinod sharma we have been following him for almost 32 years and he is the best dr. I have ever seen in my life , no words for him . Even the dog of our former prime minister Dr.Manmohan singh had been treated by him Iam totally speechless for his work .
