They dont always have the latest and the greatest especially in their digital console models but the staff are polite and fairly knowledgeable about the catalogue. Have a Kawai CN 37 and its gorgeous.

Lots of variety and design. But gold rates here always quite higher here than other shops. Also charge heavily on good designs. You should be good negotiater.
