Isnt well maintained, there was no lift but an old dilapidated staircase. Old age and people with physical disability werent considered in scheme of things. There was a lot of helter and skelter inside also with everything agent driven. Officers were cordial and that is why I am giving a 3 rating.

Went there for builder Buyer agreement. Place is accessible to all general public as I could see kids playing cricket inside the premises. Centre is not maintained properly. No social distancing followed. Took a while to get the work done. No impressed with the speed and the way govt office is maintained.

This is usually known for sub-tehsil office. Place has no maintenance. Washrooms are un-hygienic. Enough space outside the community building to setup tent. Rooms and walls are definitely of sarkari grade.If you are visiting Sub-tehsil office then it is located on the first floor at one room. Parking is free but there is no security guards. Most of the time staff are busy and I did not see ease of work. Majority of people are here to fill and get registry regarding some builder projects.

Good spacious ~ Kadipur tehsil office here in this community centre ~ lacks basic cleanliness but good parking facilities ~ very good staff and expeditious work by the government staff here. For the Resident Certificate (Haryana), application submitted at 11 am and the Certificate was available online next morning (sms received) ~ an unbelievable fast work.

Kadipur community center is one of the best and economic community center in Gurgaon on kadipur since I live in Gurgaon so in my opinion its one of the economic community center.

Its a necessity to visit here if your registry is supposedly applicable in this zone of gurgaon. However, it is an ill-managed place. The people visiting are dependant on their advocates/legal support folks...We had to wait for 50 mins for our turn. Dont know why, like other govt offices in Delhi/Gurgaon, cant they also make public dealings smooth with appropriate token system and filtrations system at 2-3 levels??!! Great gap, much to be learned from Passport offices managed by TCS now.
