Samsung product is very poor because I have purchased a TV Led 43inch it has pannel problems. Within in 3months. Company is not replace warranty he was given repair.So that is a not reliable company

Fake brand, No service on time, Refrigerator quality is too bad, i will recommend never buy Home Appliances of Samsung,They will make you bagger after purchasing their product and if you find any problem then you will have to wait for three months at least for repairing if it is in warranty period.Samsung just try to make money from client but ZERO in service.I am giving one rating because there is no option of negative rating.

Worst customer support. Bought theor 8 KG front load washing machine. In 1.5 years it has not functioned properly for one month. Customer care doesnt pick up. Service technicians are callous and irreposnible. NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE.

The samsung quality has deteriorated day by day and now they are supplying faulty products with no QC control on there products.I was cheated by samsung and ts dealer. They supplied me faulty LED 40 inch last year whose HDMI port one was not working from the first day.I recently bought Firestick and came to know that the HDMI port is defective and now they are asking for Rs 4200/- to replace it.i have so many samsung products but i will never buy a samsung product in future.I bought two LED at the same time in July out of which the port of one is completely defective.whenever someone buys a TV in future do check the port instantly as samsung is supplying products which has manufacturing defects and if you will miss out to check that than you will have to pay heavily

Dear Samsung CEO,I am a retired Armed Forces Officer who made the terrible mistake of buying a Samsung Refrigerator over 4 years ago through CROMA Saket New Delhi 110017.On 01 May 2019, the Frig packed up and a report was made through the Call Centre and on 02 May an Engineer came to my house F 16D, Saket, New Delhi 110017 and stated that the compressor had packed up and needs to be changed. The compressor guarantee is active and the replacement is to be on Companys cost. He stated that he would lodge the complaint and demand for the replacement.Since then eight days have gone by and there is no response or replacement action. Since the last six days, I have been reporting this matter to the Call Centre, the Supervisor and the Mechanic on a daily basis. Regrettably, neither has the part been replaced nor has any one responded to my complaint with a positive answer. I am a 70 year old man and running from pillar to post to try and get the refrigerator repaired. Unfortunately, there is very poor response and coordination between the call centre and the supervisor and I remain dissatisfied.Please take necessary action to urgently sort out my problem. It has been more than a week and Samsung Service Center is fooling me. I bought a S7 Edge Mobile 6 months ago and got some issues in it and I handed it to the service center around a week ago. They never turned up and when I called them yesterday they said that they have received the part from Samsung and I called them today and either they are disconnecting my call after hearing the issue. When I threatened them to escalate the issue they said that they have yet not received the part.It was committed from their side that meanwhile my phone is with service center they will provide me a stand by set, which I never received.Earlier they said that they are located in Janakpuri.. New Delhi and now they are saying that they are located in Okhla- New Delhi.I am surprised by this level of information and service from a reputed company like Samsung.As soon I called customer care, they are not able to provide any information about the service center and even they cannot escalate it to the next level as they dont have any escalation process.DONT PLAY WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS EMOTIONS AND TIME??????

I have note 8 and from the last repair date 16 march 2018 to now 27 may 2018 i am facing issue regarding water and quality test which is not legally qualified by samsung i visit service centre on 17th may 2018 Ace lingua Solution Paschim Vihar and i am struggling with the same issue from 3 month they are not understanding my problems and engineer also not able to answer my question. When the repair done samsung test the water resistant test by software and there software pass the test after water found inside the phone, then how we can trurst on there quality test and which is not legally truth.I ask question to the service engineer samsung said our engineers are skilled and professional. Then i ask 2 question to the engineers why your quality test pass the test when my device was effected by water inside? He have no answer about this question. 2nd question i ask to the service centre Rajesh Wadhwa ( Proprietor ) when i came here for submit my device to your observations then u dont have rights to deny customers request. He said your device is working properly if my device is working properly then why i am hear at your service centre. And he did not submit my mobile. I called Samsung care for complaining about the service related sir said sir u can go and sumit your device. When i visti again on 18th may 2018 they submit my device and said your device is damaged by water.I raised complaint against the service centre and the quality issue after the repair. And i need replacement or refund my money i am wasting my precious time and money by visiting to your service centre again and again from the last 3 months. Soo i am now very very dissatisfied with the overall samsung service centre experience. Which is wrost.I need help i have file case against the Samsung Service Centre not to understand problem and not to submitting device when customer ask to submit under samsung observations.And for harassment the customers wasting precious time and money of customer. From last 3 month.

My LED tvs (UA40J6300AKJKL) screen is broken. I bought it two years ago. Now they cannot support this product because they does not have any parts available. If they cannot support a service for a product after two years why customer should buy products from samsung. Disappointed Pathetic services. I have around 10 products of samsung but will never buy any products from them in future.

Samsung india head office is located in Gurgaon. Samsung used to be no. 1 handset maker in both feature phone and smartphones category. However in last quarter concluded it was depositioned by Reliance jio in feature phone category and Xiaomi overtook it in smart phone category. Samsung has been arrogant with it partners say retailers. When Xiaomi was getting pace it stopped billing of all retailers who has GSB of Xiaomi. It was boomerang and was seen as nail in coffin of end of supremacy of samsung.

I bought a samsung 674 litres side by side door refrigerator of samsung in april 2017. It has a defect that it goes on vacation mode by itself again and again. Inspite of my repeated calls and follow ups with the company customer care nothing has been done. The refrigerator is under warranty period but the response of the company is very poor.

Worst ever service. I have made 9 complaint about my refrigerator that I recently bought in Aligarh city, UP. Since the date of purchase the freezer ia not working. I have had 6 engineer visits but no one could resolve the issue and when I asked for a replacement they are not even answering my calls anymore. This is my worst experience of purchasing an appliance ever in India. Samsung is a cheat company and has the worst service network ever.
