Really good location in sector 29, rooms with beautiful views, spacious as well. Clean and sanitized. Affordable. Taxi on spot, ola Uber available easily. Restaurant & Bar is inhouse and sector 29 market is not so far. MG road is also really nearby. Perfect for personal or business trips

I wen here to attend their marketing campaign of country holiday inn and suite(CHIS) program. And I purchased the membership of this program after sometime i realise this program is too costly than the options available in market and then decided to cancel this but they denied to cancel this. I used it only once and now covid happen so they asked for more money to extend this. Then i decide not to use this any more and it was loss for me. So i will advise you please do not purchase this and if you want to then please research for some other options as well.

Hotel staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to the hotel super early and didn’t want to wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

Breakfast was awesome! also room was neat and clean. staff was also generous. Altogether a very nice and pleasant. their garlic breads are awesome. Also last but not least they are maintaining safety measures for covid.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Gurugram! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

Rooms are neat and clean, and food is also good but choices are very limited otherwise rest is fine. Hotel is small but good

Rooms are a little less spacious and the water bottles they provide isnt upto the mark ( doesnt taste good and bottle is very flimsy) , led tv isnt the best.

It was really gud but i wish they had a little more variety of breakfast

I went to so many hotels but this was one of the best experience i ever had.Things were on track, staff was excellent, rooms were clean, food was great.In short, everything was great. I really suggest everyone to at least try their services once, i am sure youll feel great.

My stay here was amazing. The staff is so polite specially the fact that they address you with your name. And rest was what you expect from a hotel of such stature

We saw a mouse near buffet, right near the pudding counter.. Pathetic hygiene and a 4-star property with rodents, highly disappointing..Will never visit again.Very limited menu of buffet

Visited on 30th July for my friend in room but it was stinking due to wetness in the rooms..foul smell in lift and room and gallery carpets..though Air conditioned but closed and not airy..

Nice hotel I would rate the services 5/5 but the hotel itself is quite old. So you have issues like dirty ac vents. The restaurant food is ok, there are better options around the hotel

Horror stay!Not at all recommend for women travellers!Drunken men creating ruckus in the middle of night, weekend hookups, blasting music till early morning, annonimous knocks & bells at 2 am...we experienced all...While staff were courteous, apologized many times and they tried to bring situation under control after we complainted (we were seriously contemplating to call police), we never felt safe for a minute till we checked out.Pl think twice before booking.

We moved in on my transfer from Mumbai to Gurgaon. Initial stay was for 8 days which got extended for 20 days as my packer and movers delayed shipment.Overall good experience esp dining and house keeping staff who were cordial and forthcoming. One mention of Ram Bahadur Yadav in front security for his pleasing and helpful attitude.

The place is not bad for the price...the rooms couldve been slightly cleaner....the food was good. The only issue was that the hot milk in the breakfast buffet had gone bad. It just curdled.

I happen to stay at sector 12 in same week and found that property better for mentioned reason: a) better service b) better food quality and options c) better hospitality and proactive staff d) better gym and equipments .only point where sector 29.is better is parking space

My wife booked this hotel for our wedding and the kind of service offered by the hotel is awesome. Location is look lot of parking available and rooms are very spacious. Staff is very coordinating and helping.
