This company is just duping customers. When you inquire anything, they will come behind your life after making hundred of calls to sell their product. In my case, they asked me to take swimming services as they confirmed that they are operational. When, I paid and asked them to start this. I got to know they have not opened as government as not given them approval after covid 19. I waited for their approval but when government allowed then they said, sorry we need time and will inform you shorly with opening date. Now it has been one and half month. I am just waiting. When I asked for refund, they said it is not possible as they have no refund policy. Sharing my pain. Please do not take any services from this company.

I am having a great experience with my classes in Fitso Seals. Pool and washrooms are well-maintained.They have trained coaches and a very helping staff. For every class here you can give your feedback/suggestions which actually gets implemented and taken care of in your next session.Overall its worth a try for learning and practice swimming.

Pros:1. Experienced trainers.2. Trainer to student ratio is pretty decent. Most of times it was either 1:2 or 1:4 at max.3. Pool is not crowded at all.4. Too much promises and marketing, it is an average pool with average coaching facility. The price doesnt justify the package offered.

Overall good experience. Trainers provide personalized attention and help you in improving skills. The pool is well-maintained and suitable for beginners as well as intermediate level swimmers. The shower and changing room facility definitely needs to be improved ..its hygeinic but showers are often not functional. Rest everything good

I used this facility 6 months back. Would like to thank Coach Gautam and head coach Surya for their patience and guidance which helped me a lot to learn swimming in quick time. They understood my backache issues and taught me how to not get injuries and still learn swimming.

This is first time I have tried to learn swimming and I am pretty much satisfied with this facility and coaches there.I was able to swim in 3 days which made me feel very much happy and satisfied with the Fitso. In 10 sessions I am able to do freestyle and backstroke.Looking forward to continue all my session here only....

When I joined Fitso I didnt know anything about swimming. But instructors are very good. They teach you very well. Pool is closed and heated so no worries in winter as well. Level of chlorine is always maintained.

As a beginner and somebody whos been afraid of water their entire life, this one turned out to be a success story. The pool is clean, well maintained and most importantly, the coaches are absolutely the best at what they do. Their attention to detail, understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the learners, and teaching the correct technique has all worked out wonderfully for me. The management ensures that the learners are up to date with the timings and send out reminders of holidays when the pool is closed. Overall, a very good experience so far with the Fitso team.

There is tremendous improvement in my seven year old child in just 5 weeks . Not only her stamina but her skills have improved drastically. The head coach Mr.Surya Sharma s teaching skills are amazing. He is polite and patient which is imperative especially to our kids who need a more personal approach. He has always been encouraging and motivating.It was a wonderful experience and I strongly recommend Fitso for young and adults.Thanks!

Awesome coaches. Ive been to many places before coming here and joined for 3 months program. Coaching is fantastic. They have the best swimming coaches and five star facilities. Pool maintenance is also great. This is a temperature controlled pool so every season is swimming season.

The coaches keep changing, if we want to go to any place at 6 we have to miss the class as we have the class 6to7 . When we go to the competitions there is nothing to eat and they dont the sequence when do we have to go and not . Otherwise the coaches are doing a great job by teaching our kids ,I hope they will learn swimming this year( our kids ) and a request to all teachers that please dont be absent so often.Kindly let us change the slot sometime. thanks and regards.

Really happy with Fitso, nice facility and well maintained. Coaches are exceptional and really go an extra mile to help students learn. My child enjoys the time spent at the pool and would definitely recommend Fitso swimming classes.

I go to Suncity School Gurgaon and its a great experience. Pool is well maintained. Trainers are good. Specially Shubojeet sir, for me he really helped me overcome my fear of water.

The facility is fine... the coaches are good. But the overall management, number of learners, attention paid to each needs a whole lot of improvement. One can do better by trying to find an individual coach in your society pool

Overall experience is very good. The pool is clean and the coaches are good and attentive. The per batch number of learners is sometimes high depending on whether its a weekday or weekend. The shower and changing room needs attention in terms of hygiene and water supply.

I like to swim and I have explored many pools in Gurgaon. This was the less crowded of all. The reason is the higher cost you will have to pay. I saw the trainer were fair and they were working hard. As it is temperature controlled pool, so it is quit shallow.I would like to go here in winters with less other options available. For summers, I have my money saving options.

One of the very few good indoor pool facility. Trainers are good. Temperature is soothing. The only problem is Mosquito but only if you roam around. Kudos to coaches to endure that and still train effectively. Pool staff is very helping

My daughter Aahana has shown significant improvement in swimming in the last 10 days of joining Fitso. Coaches give personal attention and allow students to go in deep in their presence. Facility looks clean and organized.

If one wants to have mosquito bite disease go to this place. Despite several humble reminders,the operators pay no heed to customers feedback.Poorly maintained cloak room facility.No fan for parents waiting for their kids. Stinky toilets however trainers are doing their job well.I wont be craving to renew my sons membership here.A good hype about this place doesnt match the reality on ground.

Washroom fittings needs to be fixed and toiletries needs to be refilled frequently. Pool quality is good however water needs to be cleaned more frequently. Coaches are very helpful.

Is a professional outfit that has sinking standards. For kids i dont see anything more than 1 hour of pool time. Mostly overcrowded, children ratio is more around 10-12 is to 1. More worrying is that they get 1/4th pool for roughly 18 children half of which are first timers. They put level 0 and level 1 together in 1/4th pool.If u are strcitly looking to make your kids have fun in water then this place is fine.If u are looking for then to learn some sensible swimming then u are on your own.Would suggest other swimming pools instead of this one.

I have found the place to be pretty amazing. I am still in the process of learning, but the efforts being spent by the coaching staff are much appreciated. TheTentire place is prettypclean and hygienic. Temperature controlled pool makes it much better to do any sort of physical activity, compared to the massive pollution outside.

A well-equipped pool with dedicated lanes and timings for serious swimmers. This is very rare among public pools! The FITSO coaches are encouraging & experienced. Many are national-level swimmers and trainers themselves. Some of the students have even reached the Olympic level. The only negative is the older shower-room facilities.

Nice clean all weather pool, with amazing coaches... Specially Naved. My kids loves his experience there.

Pay for everything even if you pay a ton already for the membership very boring place and they do not even let you play music make a clip of you swimming , pathetic place to go and train on your own . I joined fitso a month back with flexi plan. I am very much satisfied with the facilities. It’s all weather pool, water temperature is just perfect. Good hygiene in shower room/ toilets. They have different coaches at different levels, you get personal attention every time. And they have variety of plans for everyone’s convenience.They follow strict and Disciplined environment.. only genuine swimmers are allowed. I highly recommend Fitso.

This is an excellent facility. All faculty and coaches are very helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Shambhu and Kamya. Shambhu is superb in coaching and very patient with new learners.

Registered my son to learn from beginning level. After a week at Fitso Suncity Gurugram, my son learned to be independent of support...at least for ten feet distance and..now after three weeks...he is independent of boards and can swim for about 20 meters without any kind of support. He doesnt yet show that he is fully independent but it was worth it.

I took Swimming classes for my 5 year old son. Was told that they have hot water pool and world class coaches..What turns out is that the pool was regular water ....imagine that in the month of Jan/feb...the changing room showers had only cold water and to add the instructor who showed up on day 1 never showed up. Instead, someone by the name of mathew who is national long jump/discuss player showed up teaching swimming...all that he did was to tell the kid to float..or move his legs...When I inquired, was told that the kids of his age get this sort of coach....this is why formats like Fitso are very difficult to replicate...Just to demonstrate that I am not a cribber: My son swims well, and he is now taking classes at a different place...

The pool is amazing 5/5 , cleanliness 5/5, environment for females 5/5 , friendly coaches 4/5 , just one less number for coaches as coaches should come in side pool to train who are learners and more attention should be given one on one ! Overall amanzing experience and good job Fitso team !

It is clean & professionally managed pool. However their coaches keep changing, some of the coaches are not kids friendly. Luckily my son got two good coaches Kamya & Rajat and they are amazing.They also have set of rules for discipline which is good but they themselves break the rules time to time and give absurd reasoning .

I am having a wonderful experience here..this pool has great and experienced trainer and very helpful staff...they give every individual great attention followed by motivation.I highly recommend to everyone who wants to leatl swimming and has a fear m sure fear will be vanished on the very first day...and yess ..the pool temperature is always up to the mark and for cleaniness I give 5 on 5.Every one must try ..they have wonderful packages and offer...its a thumbs up...keep it up fitso team!

They take your money for flexi sessions. But they are clearly overbooked and as a customer, you are screwed. they say that this is a temporary problem but it doesnt seem like one.

Pool is good, services are also good, Specially THE COACHES are ultimate. I would like to mention Swimming coach Mr Ravi who teaches like he is not fulfilling his job but fulfilling his hobby.

Gurgaon suncity pool is an amazing place for kids to learn swimming. My daughter joined the 3 month program and she learned to swim free style within the first month itself. Coaches are very good and they are very much approachable for any concern.

The problem is not there facility or training... it is there cheap money minded mentality... if u thinking of enrolling and are mesmerised by whatever they show... don’t be!!!Once they take money they will not listen to u. Coaching staff at LPS Noida is very good.I could finish 36 laps ( 25 Mtr) only on 24th day of starting from scratch.

Latest one-changing it back to 5 star,they really deserve a 5.After our request the other day,all the people coaches and other staff helping us ,my wife out and taking extra care.Really grateful to all of them and accept my mistake and should have given them more time.Highly recommended team.Old review-Now changing the review from 4 to 2 stars.My wife Dr.Shilpa has now been going there for around 2 months and still hasnt made much progress.We enrolled for the coaching also.True she has missed some classes and true she may not be the quickest of learners.But what I saw today and experienced today was really bad.There is no one to coach or teach her,in the 40 minutes in the pool and I am writing this from pool side she has been taught for maximum 2 minutes.The coach has been focussed on a new couple as they are new maybe and have just paid,another coach focussed on someone already swimming well and since my wife is still struggling a bit no one ready to teach us.Feeling really bad and its a real blow to her confidence as well.Poor poor attitude from fitso and its coaches.I was even thinking of making a video to show this.Coach only busy with the new couple as they keep asking him questions and he conveniently forgets about others.We may not come back again and definitely not going to extend our 3 month subscription.Really poor.I have changed review from 4 to 1 star.Old review----Good experience so far.Unfortunately havent been able to attend all my classes due to work.Very professional and courteous staff.Clean pool.Timely notifications.Couple of things I would like them to improve.Group size very huge,I am not able to learn much as too huge a group and coach always busy,this despite me availing coach facilities as I am a new learner.Also space is less sometimes becomes too crowded and we are not able to swim.Also too strict on timings,as majority of us are working can give a concession of 10 minutes or so as most of the time I end up doing only 30 min out of 1 hour,they usually ring the bell after 45-50 minutes only to get ready for next set of swimmers,I reach late and end up having only 30 min.Still would recommend it to people-good place and can improve.RegardsDr.ShilpaSingh-Dr.Anurag Narula
