Never order from Biryani By Kilo to celebrate any occasion with Family and Friends.Today being an Holiday due to EID we taught of celebrating the occasion by ordering Hyderabadi Biryani from BBK as they have been preparing the Biryani fresh only when the order is booked. We placed the order through the app for 1Kg Chicken Biryani and was assured the delivery in 60 min. But to our surprise it arrived 6 min early with much eagerness we started to plate and consume with Family we found the Chicken was totally Under cooked. (Pics attached). We had to stop eating and fed our neighborhood street Dogs.We then called the customer care, they responded well and apologized for the mistake and assured of better experience in future and this mistake will be not repeated. Then they offered me ½ Kg complimentary Biryani supervised and cooked for perfection.In an Hr time we received the 2nd Complimentary Biryani.But to our shock it was stinking foul rotten smell. When we examined one of the chicken piece was smelling rotten and the whole Biryani had to be thrown to dustbin as it was not fit even for Dogs.With these 2 bad experiences on the same day I have concluded that never should we order from such outlet which promise of freshly cooked only on receiving the order. They cannot guarantee of fresh ingredient’s as they use the left-over ingredients. Always trust the old Brands who procure and process the cooking every day fresh and finish the batch.With my experience it is proved that Biryani By Kilo as per their policy they may be cooking only on order but the left-over is not hygienically stored. They don’t ensure the old meat batch to not be mixed with fresh batch of meat, due to this above mentioned experience it is clear of the 4 piece one was rotten and stinking.Please be a better judge and take risk to order from such outlets for celebrating any occasions with Family and Friends.OMG ... This did not stop here we got a call from their help desk next day in the afternoon and once again they Apologized and offered us a 1/2 Kg Chicken Biryani which will be cooked to perfection and delivered. I asked them to send by 8 pm accordingly they sent us the Biryani.We plated the Biryani on our plate but to our Shock the chicken was totally Under cooked and we could not consume it.We ten called the Helpdesk they once again Apologized I requested them to send the outlet manager to come to our place to see to himself the food quality delivered. in the next 1.5 Hrs they send a delivery boy with a freshly cooked Biryani.We did not accept the Biryani and we returned back the earlier delivered under cooked Biryani for them to evaluate their fault.Then I called the Helpdesk to and requested him to return our complete money back and do not harass us further. they in turn asked me to contact Swiggy as I had placed the order through them.I had paid Rs 854 and Swiggy is returning me only Rs 472

When you are hungry like hell and craving for some good non-veg, this is where you should stop at. Biryani by Kilo never disappoints me!I ordered Gosht Lucknowi Biryani which was yum. The meat was so juicy and soft and the rice were perfectly cooked complementing the meat.Alongwith biryani I had Mutton Galouti Kebabs and trust me there are very few people who know how to make a Galouti kebab and they are among them. Kebabs were literally soft and melting when kept into the mouth.Keep up the brilliant work guys! :D

Shocking experience. The handi was broken due to which biryani was everywhere and pieces of handi merged with biryani. The handi was put in 2 packets so definitely it wasnt broken due to delivery. Very unpleasent experience.

My first experience was pretty horrible. Order was placed at 12 noon today, its 3 pm and now I recieve the order............ the team blames it on technical glitch and everytime I call they keep saying it will reach in 15 min.........hope they understand just giving jazzy ads are not enough, customer service is key. Ordered from Uber Eats and it is faboulous. Cooked in clay pots, it tastes amazing. And yes, it has hygiene standards better than most restaurants out here.

It feels so great when restaurants do something unique. Order biryani from Biryani by kilo, not only did they remove all the plastics from this packaging, they even added a heating pot(made of clay) with candles in it to keep the biryani hot and fresh.

Never have I been so disappointed with the quality of a biryani that I was delivered today! Overcooked and mushy rice... tough pieces of chicken... absolutely no spices or flavours... and I am talking about a Lucknowi dum biryani.

They made us wait for 3-4 hours and did not deliver anything at all. We slept hungry waiting for them to deliver the order counting on their service. In case of concern the customer care makes us wait on hold for 10-20 mins and then they cut the call. Worst service ever. Do not count on them. Never waste time on them.

I just ordered a veg biryani. Yes it may take some time to arrive(a little over an hour). But believe me when i say that it is worth the wait. This is an amazing place to have mugalai food . After trying every biryani outlet I ordered from them .It was awesome , the taste , packing , food .What i ordered -Chicken biryani - packed beautifully in a matka and a stand was there to keep Ur food warm.Mutton Gaulhoti Kabab - trust me the best in town . After this I dont need to travel to Rajender dhaba for this .Ulta tawa prantha - it was slightly different but it was good .Phirni - amazing taste , packed beautifully .

Biriyani is a never ending love affair and many if my friends suggested this being one of the pioneers of biriyani in gurgaon. The food came in excellent packaging with clay pots. The most interesting part is the extra clay pot provided for heating up the biriyani with candles.Chicken biriyani - Going by the name, half kilo of biriyani in a earthen clay pot looked absolutely sumptuous. There were enough chicken pieces to devour on. Mix of white and yellow rice was perfect.Chicken qorma - The thick gravy and the tender chicken proved a perfect match for the stuffed naan.Phirni - It was simply delectable. The smooth texture of the milky phirni gives your a lot of after taste.

Biryani by kilo is a name similar to all biryani lovers. It is one of my favourite places for enjoying authentic biryani at the comfort of my home. Few days back I was at a friend’s place when she told me that she haven’t tried BBK Biryani yet, I knew what we’re having for lunch then & there.We ordered Peshawar Chole biryani with burani raita, Paneer nawabi with ulte tawe ka parantha and Dastaan-e-Gul for desserts.As soon as the food came, my friend was floored with their presentation.Biryani & paneer came in earthen pots with a chillum which can be used to re heat the biryani.As expected the food was amazingly delicious in taste. Perfect & balanced flavours, long grained rice and that heavenly paneer; everything was just too good. BBK is one great pick to gorge on scrumptious and authentic biryanis.

Amazing flavours and taste overall, though the biryani was pretty wholesome and didn’t need anything to back it up. A must try!• Paneer Nawabi - This one was boiling on being heated by the tea candles!! Perfect consistency of gravy with chunky pieces of cottage cheese. The flavours, taste and aroma were rich and highly palatable. More than enough in quantity for 4-5 people to feast well!• Ulte Tawe Ka Parantha - Slight disappointment here. The paratha is actually a thicker version of a ‘maide ki roti’ and according to me, undercooked. Thankfully we had a toaster so we toasted our parantha and it was good to eat!• Dastaan-E-Gul - This was purely on recommendation and I had no idea it was made out of bottle gourd! The layers of the sweet gourd were alternated with layers of gulkand adding a rich taste to the dessert overall. Really good and really different.
