I was a little apprehensive before buying the prime membership, as I was inclined towards dineout. Believe me, I made the best decision of going with easydiner. It is less about the product and more about the service and assistance that you get from the platform. Mr. Prashant is such a humble and kind person to help me each time I had asked for his help. He accepted all the bothersome requests for help even on his weekly offs. Had an indelible experience for 2 consecutive bookings over last weekend.Will absolutely recommend Easydiner. I love it and I am sure you will love it too!

Worst experience ever eazydiner confirms booking and hotel says no booking done. WhatsApp replies are so quick that I found another restaurant at DINEOUT had my dinner then they replied may b out of curiosity to chkk whether I was still at the gate of restaurant or I had my dinner like seriously....!!!! Still a very long way to go...!

I booked a table at BOA Village, Civil Lines on the occasion of my mothers birthday. You wont believe, when I showed up the place was closed for renovation and Im still getting msgs from EasyDiner to upload the bill and give feedback. Are you guys crazy? Thankfully there was another restaurant adjacent to it so we had our lunch there. But it was terrible experience, if we didnt have an option then my mothers bday could have been ruined

!!*****BEWARE FROM EAZYDINER******!!I had a very bad experience with EazyDiner they deducted 3300/- rs. from my credit card in the name of yearly subscription, and after amount deduction i immediately called them and asked to cancel any subscription and refund my money. They clearly refused to refund by saying that we dont have any refund policy available as of now. we can credit few reward points in your EazyDiner account which you can consume in next bookings. Its a big scam. Not ever register on EazyDiner. Without your concent they will deduct money from your linked wallets or credit cards. when you will ask them to refund they simply deny by stating that these are valid charges and there is no policy of refunding the amount. You have to use our poor services. There customer care service is also very pathetic and rude, Even they stop receiving your calls after some time. Also when i came to see google reviews, I found every 3rd person is victim of the similar kind of scam by them.So beware from EazyDiner.

We had a very disappointing experience with them on Valentines Day. The booking was confirmed through WhatsApp, however, when we arrived at the restaurant we were informed that they were not accepting any bookings from EazyDiner . The EazyDiner customer care executive told us that they had mailed me about the cancellation, but I never received any such communication from them. Not recommended!

I booked table through Eazydiner at a restaurant. After calling restaurant I came to know that it is closed for a private event and not accepting any reservations. Not able to understand the basis of reservation given by this website.

Pathetic company I have ever seen in the world. There customer care team dont know how to talk with their customers. Yesterday i got a message that amount 3400 has being deducted from my credit card. They just did a auto debit from my account without even informing me that it is the renewal time nor the called me. Inspite of that I called them and told them that for the entire month, there was no transaction hence it proves that i havent used the app.The customer care team is very rude and uneducated ,dont know how to deal with customers. I am suffering for Rs 3400 and looking for a refund.

Company has auto renewed my membership without sending any prior notification. Every service provider needs to follow some protocol to update the customer for auto renewal updates. There support team has no answer and just talking bookish language.

I dont know whats wrong with your offer and the restaurant #Eclectica Jaipur but when i called them to confirm about the offer they denied and told me that easy diner is fake and their offers are myth. After this incident i couldnt trust your offer. So i would suggest that you should consult properly with your listed restaurants first prior to commit anything.

Then 5 minutes before the reservation time, Eazydiner executive calls and says the hotel cannot honour the booking. Hence, I had to change my plans and go to a different hotel.Ruined my evening family outing! Never using this app again

You can not trust this service. Happened with me and inspite of saving some money I had to spent more as restaurant denied the 1+1 deal on buffet. After this bad experience when i searched the review of this company then came to know that this problem is there since start but looks like this company dont want to correct this as they dont care about its customer. So if you dont want to waste time, money then avoid this app.

Tried to book dinner buffets through eazydiner.it doesnt work well. the approximate prices quoted are very much less that actually told in the hotel. moreover when we call the hotel to confirm they say that we dont offer such discounts. you have to directly pay at eazydiner and avail the discount. when we called the eaxydiner support they said they will verify with the hotel and revert back. however we didnt get any return call. instead if we call hotel directly they give us excellent discounts which works much cheaper than the discounted prizes given by eazydiner.

Forced to tap on this Star otherwise it wasnt possible to write this review. It doesnt live up to its name. We had to wait for over an hour even after booking was confirmed 3 hrs prior. Really diners have to go through a tough time.

Fraudsters, they have stored my credit card details and debited me for annual membership which I never wanted, and with other providers you can easily get twice the discount, this is a sham. Without authorization how can they store credit card details.

My first experience with EazyDiner comes with lots of bad memories and poor experience.We had booked a table for three persons for buffet lunch at Jungle Jamboorie on March 30 through EazyDiner. Promptly we had a confirmation that also promised a 15 percent discount on the bill too. We all reached the restaurant happily and merrily; soon the whole of good mood went up in ashes when we found that there was no table reserved for us and that the restaurant was already occupied to its capacity. An argument with the executive too went in vain forcing us to contemplate other options for lunch. We had already paid fir parking at Logic City Centre Mall in Noida and going to some other place means pay parking once again.In the meantime, the executive perhaps read the disappointment on our faces and said if there us any cancellation he can offer us a table. We had no other option but to agree with him. As luck would have it we had a table after about ten minutes.While we had occupied the table and felt comfortable a phone call from Eazydiner breaks our conversation and we are told that a table has been booked for us.How funny it was. EazyDiner sends us a confirmation of table booking on sms, but at restaurant we find that there is no booking. After spending about half an hour T the restaurant we get a call confirming a table for us.What a haphazard way of functioning. EazyDiner should have first booked the table then sent us the sms and not the other way round. This would have saved us from lots of embarrassment at the venue.Moreover the executive on phone also told us that we shall nit get the 15 percent discount which is not applicable on buffet lunch.Overall, EazyDiber has left us with very poor impression. I do not wish to go through it in future.

I bought a deal for Radisson Blu dwarka Spring restaurant. However it got cancelled by mistake as unintentionely while looking my vouchers it got clicked on cancelled. When I call there customer care, they said it is your mistake, we will not rebook or issue refund. I insisted that you have not given any option in your app if it gets clicked on cancelled why pop up does not appear to reconfirm to cancel the booking. they are just doing fraud because they have a policy of non- refundable for any of the cancellations. So they do not want to give customer second chance to check if he really wants to cancel or not. Also I told them I will complain at consumer forum court, and customer care executive laughingly said do whatever you want to do. No worries, they will soon get a notice at thier registered office in Gurugram from Ajay Bhallas office (Advocate Delhi high court).

We had gone to pintxo thru eazydiner . It said it would give free dessert to every per person but they serve only one dessert for the whole group claiming it is big enough which is not true .The place is very small , food is good but portions extremly small and overpriced for the portions served.We tried eggplants with goat cheese , which was actually just like morzella cheese. and Pasta with meat mince ,Tasty but extremely small portions.Not the place for the hearty eater unless you are not reeady to spend too much
