3 is my Overall rating considering, 3 for Taste of food, 4 each for Staff behaviour and ambience.Coming to the taste of food the chicken garlic gravy was very balanced in flavours and cooked well. However the Burnt garlic chicken and egg fried rice was a bummer it had no taste of garlic in it. So to summarise it is not worth 10 spend 1200 on a chicken gravy and rice which was just average to taste.

Awesome pan Asian food, the food is tasty, quantity is good and they are very hygienic. Very few restaurants are following 50% capacity rule laid by the government and this is one of them. Alternate seatings are left free to avoid speak of covid.The food was so yummy we ordered an extra dish and has to get it parceled. A must visit dining place if you are in Ambience mall.

I write this review, after giving more than 48 hours for the outlet to respond to my concerns, posted on FB...however, as expected, no response.Went will my family for lunch, last Sunday.Overall, food was average, nothing extra ordinary to write home about or rush back. Portion normal, not large as they used to be, so they have cut back here too.These guys are not maintaining good hygiene, and ARE OVERCHARGING for substandard quality.a few things, that spoilt the experience.1. fruit flies: lots of fruit flies in the restaurant, getting into the drinks, food. when I brought it to the attention of the server, his response, and I quote: next door shop had pest control, so all insects came over. Huh! Really...we all know why there are fruit flies...i.e. unhygenic kitchen, rotting food..but no, server refused to admit....So, my take, not coming back my friend, cause if you cant keep your kitchens (open kitchen) clean, how disgusting is that!2. Asked for a Coke zero...not available. Asked for a coke, it is served by GLASS..a 0.3L glass, poured from a 750 ml bottle! Wow...I have not seen that in a restaurant I think ever!And, they have the audacity to charge INR 110 plus taxes for that! When I asked for a can of coke...dont have sir.I understand that lock down has caused losses for the industry, but to rip off people (750ml bottle costs INR 40), by serving a glass of coke at 110 is highway robbery.Every other restaurant in the Mall, and there are many, serve cans...nothing else.And to take the cake...I mentioned it to the server, and said, I would like to complaint about it, he said ok and walked away. Never saw him again!3. Now the last...to illustrate, how cheap they are. There were some rice leftover, so, we requested if it could be please packed. our neighborhood dogs would appreciate it with milk.It was done promptly, and they charged INR 10 for the packaging!How cheap does one get!?Again, NO Other restaurant in the mall does that...to charge boxing the left overs...even a Dhaba does that for free.No, here they want to charge for everything and then serve COKE from a large bottle!!So, please, go at your own peril.If the management dont care to revert to complaints, in 48 hours, simply shows that they dont really care.

The most happening Mall, Ambiance Mall, Gurugram is the one where there is this Asia Kitchen By Mainland China serving Chinese, Asian Cuisine. Its been there for almost two years and is going great guns.Its on third floor where all the food outlets are, with approx seventy covers. Staff is courteous and quite attentive.A big team to cater to the guests. Had sumptuous Oriental food after a long gap.The best thing about this food is that its very light.Malaya Spiced Melon......Eye appealing, crushed watermelon, ginger, lemon,....was perfect, refreshing mocktail to start with.Veg Crystal Dumplings, Chicken Basil Dumplings.....were absolutely delightful and so were the,Prawn Tempura Roll, AvocadoSushi.Eight Treasure Veg Soup.... good for this winter season.Green Thai Curry Veg with Rice, just loved it, its one of my favorite, generally had Chicken Green Thai Curry, enjoyed the veg version thoroughly this time. Spiced Chicken with Roasted Garlic, Veg Burnt Garlic Fried Rice..... again love garlic, the aroma and the taste of garlic makes it quite tempting and is healthy too.Mango Pudding......, Nice plating, looks awesome pretty yellow color......was lipsmaking, delicious...... Coconut Dumpling.... was again good in taste yet i found it bit too sweet.Overall wonderful dining at Asia Kitchen By Mainland China.

Just an amazing experience eating at Mainland China at Ambience Mall. Firstly, the staff is very welcoming, guy names Shambhu was a wonderful person. Corn, cheese, spinach dimsum tasted amazing. The drink was a bit more sweet, with a more amount of sugar syrup added, however taste was nice. Thai curry and rice were just a blessing on top of our menu. Crispy chilli corns were mind boggling along with the peanuts & momo-chutney to the sides. I loved the ambience and the cutlery they use. Overall the experience was all a plus with a welcoming staff. Must visit place for Chinese/Thai food.

If you are Chinese and you need a bowl of wholesome noodle soup. I highly recommend this place. I am the only person in the whole restaurant on a Wednesday night. I wonder why.

Asparagus Tempura Sushi a must try dish and Coconut with Jaggery filled Dimsums is the treat to TasteBuds after yummy main course. Staff is very well trained and polite.

A wonderful and tastefully decorated restaurant in Ambience Mall Gurugram. It is a new restaurant and the first thing I noticed was the super friendly staff eager to please. The ambience was chic and well lighted but definitely not romantic and cosy. The menu is great with variety. There was also a good choice of mocktail and very well prepared,fresh and tasty. A bowl of boiled and salted groundnuts were served complimentary and more followed on request. The food was delicious and exceptionally tasty,truly authentic Chinese as the Indian like it. The wooden chopsticks provided was part of the cutlery and reuseable. I wonder if it is hygenic ,but I am sure the restaurant makes sure it is. Overall it is a nice place to have Chinese food. The price is slightly expensive but worth it.

Horrible Horrible experience 😞😪, worst experience of out door dining. Me and my family after ordering lunch waited for 2 hours , my kids were hungry waiting for lunch , they couldnt serve. If u cant serve order then why the hell have you open your restaurant. We walked out with out lunch after 2 hours long waiting. How miserable it can be.

Asia Kitchen is a one of the top brand of Speciality Restaurant Limited....I went there first time...I was looking for a main course there...me and my friend had a main course of Chicken with roasted chillies portion, Steamed Jasmine Rice and in Drink we had Minty Lemonade Glass and Balis tropical punch glass.... Taste and presentation of food was really awesome....I like Minty Lemonade Glass...Soy sauce peanuts was also tasty...I like the ambiance of Restaurant... Staff was really nice and humble...plates and Glasses was very different... specially porcelain made..I would like to thanks...Asheesh, Vishal and Vivek....who specially take care about the Service Upto the Mark...I would like to recommend this place.... thanks..

Nice place to eat Chinese food

I visited this fine dining restaurant last friday. I was visiting the mall with my sister, her daughter and baby boy. After Bercos and Yo China, this is the third joint that I have visited for Asian and Chinese Cuisine. I have a limited experience in Asian Cuisine, limited to knowledge of Noodles and Manchurian.The restaurant manager, Mr Sarthak, was an excellent host. I informed him about our limited knowledge regarding the cuisine, and he was polite enough to suggest dishes suitable to our taste buds. We dont eat spicy foods, and he made sure that the Chef cooks the food accordingly.We ordered Salt & Pepper Vegetable Tempura as appetizer, Vegetable Dumpling in Chilli Soya Sauce and Stir Fried Noodles with Beans Sprouts (Vegetable) as our main course. They also serve Kids Menu for getting them interested in the Cuisine, with a guide to use Chopsticks printed on the back of the Kids Menue. She ordered some cottage cheese delicacy from the kids menu and tried to use chopsticks to eat her meal with little success. Even we were tempted to try the delicacy.Overall experience for this joint was fantastic. The servers and the manager made the experience memorable. We were apprehensive to try out this restaurant, but it was a great experience. Highly recommended. For all the food ordered along with three beverages, the cost came around INR 2000 including taxes.The ambience is cordial and welcoming. You wont regret it.

Excellent and authentic Chinese dishes. The portions may seems a little less for some dishes but the taste is authentic. Bit of a pricey side of restaurant but considering the food and ambience and hospitality its worth it. Specially for a date night.

Very nice food and social distancing

This place is garbage. Visited yesterday ( 7 July 2019) and had reservations as well. We were seated promptly by one Mr. Bose. The place was quite busy. We ordered our food and then the problem started. We spotted a cockroach coming out of the wall and the seats. This was pointed out and passing staff promptly picked a paper napkin and squashed that. Moments later another emerged and made its way across the service counter and moments later 3 more emerged. At this time we told Mr Bose that is is not sanitary and most probably there e a nest between the wall.and the couch and if he could seat is somewhere else. There was a spot available but he was setting it up for someone waiting at the door.Mr Bose answered that they are quite busy and if we wanted another seat we should go wait outside the door. At this moment we left the restaurant.Eat here at your own risk. I dont even want to know about the kitchen if this was the condition in the seating area.MAYBE THATS WHY THE LIGHTS ARE SO DIM ALL THE TIME. Time for an inspection by the health authorities.

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed attention showered by the manager as we were there to celebrate birthday of our friend.. He ensured that birthday girl was made celebrity of the afternoon as he played birthday song over PA system. Spinach dimsums filled with cheese wAs the rockstar of the meal. Complimentary birthday cake was a pleasant surprise. The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price, highly recommend it.

On Saturday afternoon, we opened immediately. A pattern of common Asian cuisine made up of Japanese, Thai, and other Asian dishes based on Chinese. Gluten free Japan noodle was a light dishes like fried noodles like Japanese buckwheat. It was an unusual appearance, but it was unexpectedly delicious. The service is polite and comfortable.
