Overall the taste was average...in achari mashroom.. quality was not upto the mark.. tandoori chicken and fish was also not so yummy.

We went to Butter Chicken Factory and wow!What an entrance it was..The ambience was sooo pleasant and relaxed.We ordered 3 starters, Dahi ke Kabab, Mirchi Paneer Tikka and Black pepper tandoori chicken.All the starters were good except for the paneer tikka which didnt even had salt in it. Ill give a 2 rating to the paneer tikka.As far the main course goes, it was as expected, fabulous!Overall, ull have a great dining experience there.

I ordered food from this place on Zomato and the service was amazing.From timely delivery to the packaging, everything was worth the penny spent.And the food was so mouth watering. The quantity though was on a lesser side but it was worth it.

We were 8 people and we ordered butter chicken,malai paneer, chaap masala and Mutter mushroom . We all were satisfied with quality and taste of food.restaurant is neat and clean and staff is very caring. This restaurant accept Zomato gold so we got a good deal too. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere of this beautiful restaurant. highlly recommended for all.

While the place is called butter chicken factory, there is nothing special about the butter chicken. The place is located inside a hotel and seems like a small part of the restaurant. There is no clear demarcation of the area as such. The butter chicken was better than other cliche places but again, nothing special.

I have ordered from Zomato after seeing the good reviews but it was pathetic. Chicken was raw and curry taste tangy and very bad to eat. I just throw it away and cook Rice for myself.Zomato refuse for any help. This is first and last order from this restraunt.

Totally avoidable, for a place that calls itself butter Chicken factory you would expect that the butter chicken is actually there signature dish.turns out their butter chicken is actually chunks of chicken poured into sweet sour gravy, most importantly with uncooked pieces of chicken.

I went for a dinner with my family to Butter Chicken Factory. We ordered the following things:• fish tikka: well balanced flavours, melt in. The mouth sole fish• chicken tikka: perfectly seasoned and succulent pieces of chicken.• Lucknowi kebabs: melt in the mouth kebabs that made me feel as I was in the streets of Lucknow• Butter chicken: This was the speciality. The curry was thick and delectable.• Mango Icecream: The perfect ending of a perfect meal.The ambience was great. We liked Mr Lalit and Mr Dharamveers hospitality.

Average food taste,ambience is good, good for non alcoholic family dinner.

Do not pack leftover food. What they do with it is not known. Hope they dont mix in another customers dish

I ordered butter chicken and Chur naan. The taste was really good and the service was quick. But to my disappointment the staff was very clumsy creating a lot of noise with the cutlery And from the kitchen.I could see the waiters eating from the buffet and putting back the spoons and forks which they dropped on the floor which sounds very creepy.

This place is awesome the food especially the starters there are really great options for both veg and non veg and we can Extra 60% off by ordering from Zomato And I would also advice you to take The Boneless Butter Chicken and the greatest option for vegetarians is double Dal tadka

Under no circumstances order from this place. First of all they will take for ever to process your order. Second, no fork, spoon or knife is provided. Third the food is always cold. Simply stay away for your own sake.

Butter Chicken Factory, Sir with due respect, The 1st thing came to my and my frnds mind after reading the name of the restaurant was butter chicken will surely be bit different and with many different types of varieties, but after seeing the menu it was a huge disappointment. You had a single Butter Chicken dish, no experiments , no specialty, no experiments with the dish .The food was good, but not so special to travel a long distance for this particular thing (I and my frnds did travel 14km for the name itself).The menu card is very huge, not handyService is ok.But place is beautiful, interiors and the other stuff.

The most pathetic and ugly butter chicken I have ever tasted. Dont waste money on this pathetic dish from this restaurant. There are better options available. I regret why I ordered from here.

Undoubtedly the best delivery place for butter chicken and Butter Paneer. Their phirni and gulab jamun are also very good. Try their pindi chana masala, and u will be surprised. Plus, they give u achari onions which are so full of flavour.

Yesterday I went to this place on recommendation! I ordered make your meal and soya tikka achari and dahi kebab for appetizers and we were super full. Service is good and food is amazing. This place is located in leisure Inn hotel so staff and interiors were cool! And also the food was quality and quantity in budget! Definitely recommended!
