It is really good for elders not for youth

Bata collection is standard. Quality is standard too. But the customer service is abysmal. Showroom is run with very few unresponsive staff members. Same is the case with both Laxmipuram and Brodipet showrooms.

Old varieties but standard chapplas, Brand name is popular for many years, located at sankarvilas Center main road. Easy to notice for all. Many varieties available mainly suites for elderly people. Diring my childhood days i frequently went there with my mother to buy chapplas.

Ofcourse, every one knows about Bata.... Its value for money.But I gave them 4 star rating due to non maintenance of Sanitizers & Thermal scanners

This Bata store is 2 floor with ladies and kids on top and Mens in the ground floor. They have good collection which fits for everybodys requirements.

Its an age old store with not much updated designs, all you need to do is search the models online what you wnat to buy from Bata and then go to store with a early desicon. As we all know bata dont have many latest products,because their customers got used to existing products.For socks and flip-flops and Slippers you will fing things little cheaper and also good quality will surely be useful for an year or so up on rough and tough usage.To cut shot, not a great store for YouthBest ever store for ppl crossed 45Not sure of women🤭😅

Everyone are busy in their own cellphones. Only one person helped us to buy shoes. Everyone are seeing Thier cell phones and giving weird looks when asked for help. Staff are sitting and enjoying enjoying. Bad experience.

Bata is struggling to regain the old charm.Now it has segmented its range into different sub brands catering to different segments of people.Power range is affordable pricing with quality.Bata has expanded its sub 500 range significantly.The Hush Puppies is a premium brand.Offlate I do not see much of Hush puppies presence in the store.

Store is okay located in a prime place in Guntur., if you are looking for new models and variety, it is not the ideal place, staff behavior need to be improved as they dont have proper knowledge about products and nor their attitude, it must be changed.

I gave Rs 2000x2, for Rs 3001 bill. he took 1 rupee change from me and he showed gelly for sandals, its not free I said no to it. He generates bill and gave it. I forgot to take Rs1000. I didnt use my wallet after that. It was raining. I realized it late night. Shop already closed. Went back morning. He lied that he gave it me. He argued that if u forgot why didnt u come immediately? He said counter also doesnt show more money. No CC camera there to prove it.
