All the sign boards are removed it is in 6th line after crossing second cross road on your left. There should be atleast a banner to find it. The delivery guy has put my parcel on Misroute and left it there. So I have to go there and pickup my parcel. Not good

Very bad dtdc service. They are missing packages and simply saying your package lost. Please close this branch. Not useful. We lost our packet H25493815. No one is responding. No customer satisfaction.

DTDC head office services are good enough but the services from their branches which are located all over guntur and in that even one which is located in Kakani , their services are worst as they were unable to deliver Cover to Namburu, Rain Tree Park and they have written on cover stating customer will pickup and kept it aside even without informing. Later after continuous followup and after coming to DTDC Office all the way from Namburu.. I have known parcel is in Kakani. And no contact details are mentioned correctly and even DTDC contact numbers are not picking up calls and serving customers which is also a disadvantage for themTheir services are like that. What we can do.. its better to get other courier services than DTDCAnd even they have mentioned wrong statement even when we are tracking parcel online.

As long as the parcel gets delivered everything is fine. Once it is misrouted, u have to keep requesting them. They will never call you. You have to go and request. Head office and agent coordination is pathetic

Dtdc corrier is in 6/3 arundelpet.It was main off in.guntur.but thair service is not good because I booked one persel on 20th.I booked it in speed post. They told me it reaches on23rd.today is 26th,now also it wont reached.The otherwise person gone to foreign.This is the servise of dtdc.

Office is good but employees are too arrogant and dont go with flow and unfriendly eco system. And delivery it too bad. I paid 2.5k and still i have to receive my order by coming to their office nearly 25km and dont prefer DTDC especially GUNTUR office

Worst service package was not yet delivered and its being one month the booking was done. Im tracking status it is showing delivered to someone and wrong location. Custom care service is too worst they are not responding.

May be due to covid effect, very less staff, delivery is delayed. Staff not responsive. Go for INDIA POST. For half the charge, gauranteed delivey on time.

Staff from Arundalpet , Lemalle and other delivery executives are helpful and customer friendly . They called and followed me up regarding place and time of delivery.
