I visited this hospital for my mother spine surgery. The operation was done by Mallikaspine center doctor. It was good but not as expected. Coming to the Amarathi hospital, it is not very clean but good enough to keep the patient and the assist one. The worst and the dirty part is that the payments they only prefer cash...only black money 💰 thats how this hospital works. I also them to pay through phonepe they said no. I asked them to pay through credit cards they said you can pay but need to pay 2% extra 🤒 do not know why I have to pay extra. They suck our blood and no bills are given to me since it was a cashless operation. After receiving the coverage of 1.7 lakh from the insurance and I paid 70 from pocket only cash and they did not provide a single detail regarding what they have used during surgery, what is the expenditure cost, medicine cost etc..no bill at all. Perfect example of looters

I got Covid vaccine from this hospital in April2021. They then told that it was Covaxin. But vaccine certificate from cowin.gov.in says it covishield. I called hospital multiple times for clarification. But they have no clue on the vaccine they gave. They told me that they have neither. They only have CovidVaccine. Height of irresponsibility!

These are waste and unfit to be as the staff of hospital .i have given my covid samples 2 days back I havent recieved my reports yet .They stated that we are busy call againAnd saying that ur call is getting engaged so xall after some time .Took the money before taking samples y not with reports at that extant .So plz dont get tested there get tested some where else

Very very worst staff in the hospital.Doctors are good..but due to staff (specially the guy who sits infront of Dr.Phanibhushan room) Behaviour, I might change my interest towards this hospital. He behaves as if he is the owner of hospital. Really it was a bad experience for me when I visited Dr.Phanibhushan (he is very good) for my fathers consultation..Better change that guy...he is a gambler..doing gambling with patients and attendees.

Gen sir1: please change your staff or else you are gonna lose your good name.2: worst behavior of your staff.3: medical is emergency for everyone but they send only to them who came with recommendation (is it mandatory).4: They talk to people very rudely ( are they think owner of the hospital 😠😠).5: there is no proper procedure who ever came they took money and send especially recommendation people.6: Suggestion: Either keep proper procedure to follow so that everyone will be happy or else give an appointment only limited people for that particular day.

Worst hospital and very bad staff creating artificial demand. Just keeping the patients hold and op hours are very low 3 - 4 / day hrs.Dr. Tharknad was very good doctor but management should be changed. Staff sitting in OP behaving like owners of hospital and very negligently answering.If we enter hospital 8Am exact return time return time is 8Pm after completing all investigations and reports.So please go with other hospitals

The most worst hospital , which I have seen in my life. They changing fee from patients, but their behaviour with patients is very worst not only staff even the doctor is also the same. Including the doctor mr Taraka Nath and his staff speek with patients in very harshly, even though they are charging fee. They feels they feel they are running charity.

The staff in this hospital doesnt know how to behave, especially a lady attender at ICU uses abusive language to the patients and their attenders and visitors as well. However, the nursing staff are very good and responsive. That particular lady onlyis the disgrace to that hospital. Management better take proper action with her and council her.
