Unfortunately I purchased a khadai which is not suitable for induction basis. on request, owner permitted for exchange the item. I felt happy for his humble nature for offering to exchange. And this time I exchanged the item at my budget level with suggestion. but belief on him, I didnt even checked the purchased product purchased, whereas I received is used item. I felt unhappy with his character.

Today we bought a new prestige cooker ,which is not working, we went for replace , he said no problem it is working, we went and check its not working, we went again to shop and explained, he told that we will give you new one but stock is not available, after available we will call you , after an hour he called and gave repaired cooker. Very bad service and the owner is very arrogant.please dont buy any product from this shop. We will get a better product with best price in online.

The product of prestige brand is absolutely fabulous. But its very unfortunate the sells persons are too much unfriendly especially one old lady. She is completely horrible and doesnt know how to behave with customers. I will never ever prefer this particular store. And I recommend better you should not interact with that old lady before purchasing anything.
