Worst experience and rude response from Owner. Took 1 week to replace panel. They have misplaced my laptop mouse and keyboard wireless receiver USB. They missed the timelines. When I request to check for misplaced item, owner gave very rude response and saying its our responsibility for our own laptop. They dont provide bills. Not secure.

The customer service is terrible the service man says that your device has problem which it doesnt and tries to make money off of you . complete scam .he also asks people to give him 5 star rating on google maps so that he can scam more people( when i went to get my laptop checked for the fan not spinning he told me that your screen brackets are broken which stopped the fan spinning blah blah and told me it would take 5000 rs but when i checked it with another store it was just the dust which made the fan to stop tried to scam me) would reccomend people to go there .

Worst experience....they are looting like anything, they have misplaced my laptop items like motherboard and few other parts and fixed with some old items this thing i came to know later i got my laptop from them and shown to authorized service center. so i suggest u dont go here instead u go to any authorized service center. they have misplaced my laptop mother board which cost around 12000 rupees and fixed with some old mother board.

Good work is done by them, but they feel, they alone in the whole world is delivering good products to the customers. Lot of hypocrisy goes in the store. They expect us to believe whatever they tell us and not question their opinion. If questioned, then we are being impolite. The owner complained in front of me that they are being cheated and that they must be careful, when customers do the same, it is irritation to them. They primarily have this feeling that we are doing philanthropy by giving good service. They dont realize that it is expected from any business.5/5 stars for service and 1/5 star for hypocrisy, arrogance, abominable behaviour towards customer and silly analogies between mechanical items service and computer service by the owner of the store.

I wonder how my review got removed....I have worst experience of getting my laptop serviced...They costed me whopping 3500 just for turning my laptop ON?? They left many defects unchecked and un repaired....Vamsi stated a lame reason that they only turn on System and dont check other defected components ?? How senseless !GUYS if at all you want to buy HP product from them...Its well and good..you can go for it..But its a big NO FOR SERVICE....I repeat NO....better go for Vijayawada rather than getting looted here..First of all after giving your device you will get a call saying that we are working on it....many components are lost...90% your device will not get repaired...but we will try max.and if at all repaired, it costs XXXX Rs....at the end of the day, customer has no option left and asks to proceed...And you already fell for their trap....Please value your customers rather than looting...trust is earned...I trusted you so I have been to you second time...but you guys lost it by your lame service..

Very worst experience ever. I would have rather given 0 rating instead of 1 rating if such option is available.I have given my HP laptop for service. They have misplaced some of the inner components such that laptop cannot be serviced at all and they said motherboard has to be replaced.When I have given my laptop in authorized service centre for service, I got to know from them that the inner parts were replaced and because of that laptop cannot be serviced.

Don’t go there heavy looting of customers. For minor problems they will cost huge amount that to without warranty and guarantee. Waste of money, they charge more and your device wont be repaired properly. Same situation with my HP didnt work more than a week but charged 2000rs for just a plaster. Ive given for the replacement of my broken hinge but they removed hinge and put a plaster and took almost 2 weeks of time for that which is ridiculous. Dont consider it.
