I gave a parcel to send by bus, paid the amount and got LR. Reached home assuming it will reach, after few hours they called and asked me to pay more as the parcel is more valuable otherwise they wont send. Price should be decided before booking and if committed with LR, they should deliver it. Very unprofessional. Not sure if they tried to take advantage of taking more money. Some people will definitely pay based on situation. Lucky I was in town, else could have paid more (without no choice).

Worsted... I have booked ticket for Gutur RTC complex. But driver dropped me at Highway point instead of RTC complex in midnight time. There is no travelling facility from Highway to complex at that time. Also, Actually time mentioned for Rajahmundry to Guntur 3hrs 20min but it was takes almost 5hrs... Actually I preferred morning stars wherever, whenever I have to travel. But this is very worst journy I have ever seen. Very bad, Worst...

This morning I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to guntur and it was a bloody disaster to choose this travels.the given time is 6:55 AM, Bus arrived at 8:05AM, Driver didnt respond for the calls and they didnt pickup even we are in the stop. Some how I contacted travels person and we are boarded in other bus and later moved into the bus we supposed to board. We thought this is over and we left that issue. But its not over yet, they dropped us in Vijayawada and asked us to go on our own. , Am I mad to buy an AC sleeper class ticket to get us dropped inbetween???? I need explanation for this.Guys please dont trouble yourself booking this travels during this pandemic.

During this pandemic the bus operates more as a parcel and coureir service. Those who are time conscious please add 2hours for arrival time. For example bus is scheduled to reach at 6am. Relax you will reach around 8am.The time taken for last 10km journey is 2hrs approximately.

This is the worst travels I experienced, not only 1 time multiple times.I am from vijayawada, weekly once I will travel to tirupati, other travels takes 6 to 8 hrs to reach the destination but this people take 9 to 12 hrs. This is not because speed limit, this is because maintain the bus, they will fill the fuel after pick up the customers, they will see their comfort first. Thats why their is nonfood reviews for them.

4 star because sleeper berths are slanting at head rest neck and shoulders for tall people need to adjust remaining everything good on time pickup and arrival we travelled from tirupati to vijayawada at guntur they stopped to fillup for petrol or something dont know for a bit long time so a bit delayed arrival to vijayawada.

The worst travelling bus Ive ever seen.. Please dont book morning star busses instead book ORANGE busses.. ORANGE busses provide good facilities like TV and therere also curtains like privacy.. but in Morning star busses there is no TV and the price is very high . It cost me around Rs. 1100/- but for ORANGE Busses it cost me around 840/- only and that too ORANGE busses providing good facilities...

While journey itself is fine, when it comes to dropping point they just left us at the city outskirts to travel in highway and went, we need to find another means of travel to enter the city which isnt fine. So yeah a great movie but a very bad bad climax.

I booked directly from their own office in person... I wanted to have side single sleeper in 2+1 bus to which one need to pay extra. I paid the said amount, they booked me a ticket F1 single berth. All of a sudden, when Im about to board the bus, they say your seat is booked in a sharing berth. No prior information regarding the same . Staff sitting there wont respond and asks you to call helpline numbers which never work or say switched off.You all can understand the game of morning star travels. Just drain your money and the basic thing, which has to be followed to get the ticket you booked wont be followed at all.Worst experience ever..WIll NEVER BOOK AGAIN WITH MORNING STAR TRAVELS.. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.. 🙏
