Worlds worst transport I have ever seen in my life. I booked bus at 11:45pm I waited for bus for 2 hours, no updates from any one, no customer service. Operators switched off their phones. How bad that situation was, I cant imagine that time. No one cares about the customer. Even that next day if I call to the booking room for refund, they are ignoring me and talking roughly like we dont know u. This is very very bad. I am so pisted off with this transport. Please I request the people who are going to booking for emergency purpose, dont book this transport. Worst and worst transport. There is no timing and customer loyalty.

# no restroom in their office# no Air conditioning (AC) rooms to lounge# however the waiting room is decently maintained and its clean and comfortable, but really tough in summer# easy to recognize from normal traffic and the place is exactly opposite to padmaja petrol pump which is relatively good landmark in the neighborhood.# bus punctuality is fairly good

The travels shop is shifted to some other place from this place. There is no Kaveri Travels shop at this location, but yet the Kaveri Travels buses will stop at this point to pick up passengers.

I booked ac sleeper ticket from guntur to hyderabad. It was best experience. You get to watch movie in your sleeper coach. It is 2+1 system. I just loved it.

Bus condition good..Time maintaining not proper..Dinner eating after they didnt check or conform all passengers are get in or not.

There is no correct address and no one knows kaveri travels ...and it seems operator cancelled the tickett...i just booked one more and moving in it.i wil never book kaveri travels.pls atleast give correct contact details.no stars

The buses will come to the stop exactly as per the schedule time. Staff are very cooperative and buses are need little maintanence..

It is very bad experience for.... As the bus is nearly 1 hour slow in its scheduled time for destination. When I asked about the late, the bus drivers response is not good.,even when ladies asked them to stop for recess they didnt care and respond quickly.....So for anyone,my suggestion is not to choose this if time is important.

I am currently traveling in the vijayawada - bangalore bus in A/C Sleeper, I especially choose AC so that I get access to charging port, the driver was very rude towards me as that was my second time asking him to turn on the port, I asked him very politely, in return he replied “Go I turned it on” Never recommend it....
