Banarsilal Saraf Commerce College Navagachia BhagalpurThis college is in Navagachia, which comes under Bhagalpur district.It falls at Tilakamanjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. This is the only college in Navagachia, where commerce is taught, and here now NCC (National Cadet Corps - NATIONAL CADET CORPS). NCC - aims at unity and discipline. NCC is one of the young military organization of India. The headquarters of NCC is located in Delhi. The NCC is concerned with the three armies, the Navy, the Army and the Air Force. This college is not one of the government but one of the semi-government college, which runs on government contributions / grants. It is very difficult to get to and from the college as the college is about 700-800 meters from NH31 which has no road. There are more problems here during the rainy season. Nevertheless, a lot of students come here from many rural areas. Thank you
