Go somewhere else!! Misleading and unprofessional.1. I asked the receptionist how much I would be charged for a pap test WITHOUT Medicare. She said I would pay for the visit and for $20 extra dollars because I didnt have a cover for a total of $60. A few weeks later, I received a bill for $200 extra dollars I had NO IDEA about. I called the clinic and the receptionist said she didnt tell me because she assumed I knew. It felt like SCAM to me.2. I was meant to see the doctor for a follow up in case the test returned positive. I was called and booked an appointment believing I had positive results. Halfway through the appointment the doctor REALISED she made a MISTAKE and I was actually clear. I was CHARGED the appointment after having taken a morning off work to see her anyway. They didnt offer a refund. It felt like SCAM to me.I ended up paying $300 dollars, while the receptionist told me Id only be charged $60. How is this even acceptable? And why is no one taking responsibility?

Easy and efficient to make a weekend appointment. Friendly and prompt reception service. Highly professional doctor JP and nurse paid close attention and referred me elsewhere for further treatment.Professional! Bulk billing for all patients (except $25 weekend surcharge). I am thinking of transferring my GP care here after my previous GP of thirty years has retired.

I dont know about different doctors at this clinic but - I have been to many others, and I have never come across such an empathetic & knowledgeable GP as Dr Boris Zbaras - I am an annoying patient who likes to read a lot of studies / information, Boris always explains things perfectly & carefully looks things up to confirm suspicions/diagnoses, is up to date on the latest data, has physio knowledge etc.I suffer from anxiety/PTSD - I had a couple of long-running health issues and even a private one, he has always made me feel completely comfortable & helped get to the bottom of things / get me better. I saw 3 other GPs for the main issue I had, prior to finding Boris.Its odd to look forward to GP appointments - Im actually really happy I found him / felt I had to write a review!Could not recommend anyone more.>The nurses at the Pathology have always been really nice & great to deal with too.

Probably I was just unlucky, but today I spent 20 mins on the hold to book a phone appointment with Myhealth Broadway. Then Ive got a voicemail from a doctor asking to call him back, spend another 25 mins on hold. Missed 2 calls from the same doctor, while being on hold. I ended up not receiving the referral letter from a doctor (my main reason for the appointment), So currently im on hold for almost 20 minutes now, just to chaise the referral.PS. there was a spelling mistake in my email address, all fixed now. Very time consuming and frustrating experience. Changing my review from 1* to 2*, only because all this time the girl at the reception was amazingly nice, empathetic and always helpful.

Desperately needed a medical advice over the weekend and couldn’t find a booking with my usual GP so I thought I’d try a different practice that had an availability having read the reviews before attending to my appointment. I found the receptionist who greeted me was polite and courteous. What impressed me the most was the professionalism and attentiveness that Dr Jonathon Petkus showed in regards to my medical concern. He took the time to gather my history being a new patient in his practice, then listen to what I had to say and even sought a second opinion from another doctor. Being a nurse, I found that care was exemplary and hard to come across these days. For that, i’m very grateful and would recommend this practice to any locals.

Dr Wan is the best GP I have had. She is thorough, caring and professional. She has helped me get help remotely on a number of occasions when I’ve had to travel and has never made it seem like extra effort.

The worst med center in the world!!!!! Worst reception! Never go to there. Dr Claire is terribly unprofessional and arrogant and receptionist a narcissistic arrogant who puts herself and her needs over job and duties and customer health needs. A person that just see herself. Dr Claire is very very bad. Just owner oriented no value for the customer and customers heath at all. Please note if see any good review it should not be from actual customers.

Systematically late!! At least 30 minute wait (and up to over an hour!) for every single one of my appointments, no matter what day of the week or time of the day I go. None of the staff ever provide any explanation or apology. One day, my doctor arrived 30 minutes late for the first appointment of the day, and then proceeded to chat with the receptionist for another 5 minutes, before going back out again to get herself a coffee... She finally saw me for my appointment 45 minutes late, but pretended as though nothing had happened. Very unprofessional!In terms of care, in my experience, the doctors there are fine, but not great. They are unable to perform breast exams adequately - could not detect a lump that had needed to be checked with ultrasound and biopsy multiple times in the past, despite me explaining exactly where it was. You also have to push to get basic blood tests done, despite explaining about the symptoms and family history that suggest there might be a problem - a problem that was eventually detected by the test I pushed for!Its also difficult to get a copy of your medical results, even when you explain that the nature of your work means you travel a lot and therefore need to keep records of existing medical conditions with you. Its as if you do not have the right to obtain information about your own health.The only reason Ive kept going there so far is because of the convenient location and the fact that they bulk bill. But given the poor care received and the fact that I lose two hours of paid work every time I go there, I think I might look for another medical centre.On the other hand, the staff at their blood clinic is fantastic! What a contrast to the rest of the medical centre.

I’ve been seeing Dr Tong Wan for a few years now and she has been so understanding, patient and supportive and you can tell she really cares about your wellbeing. I’ve always had a good experience with the reception staff too who’ve always been friendly and patient. The other doctors at this practice I’ve seen on occasion have also been very helpful and knowledgeable!

Dr. Sanna has been my trusted GP for over 2 years now. She takes the time to listen to my queries and I would definitely recommend her for her expertise and kindness.Its easy to book an appointment online and the pathology team is great. I am not scared of needles but they actually take the time to make you feel at ease.

The best I have been to and the only place I trust. Dr Tong Wan has been our family doctor for over 6 years now and when she moved from her previous location we followed and I’m always more than happy to travel as long as it takes as she is such a humble kind and friendly doctor. My kids love when we visit and she is the most thorough doctor I have ever been to. She makes you feel very welcomed and she also takes her time to make sure you have been checked properly and most importantly she listens to what you say and she believes in you and gives her time. Every consultation is a pleasant one and her reception staff are very friendly and always greet with a smile and her pathology lady is wonderful too. Dr Wan is an amazing, incredible doctor and Me and my kids look forward to visiting her all the time. Dr Wan has been there and helped me through my toughest days and always put a smile on my face. I am very disappointed with Dr Tim Rose, he does not care what your needs are, he will bullyyou out of the right treatment to save his practice. My friend had the similar experience with him. To see him is totally wasting my time.Not going there again.

Im from the NT and Ive noticed the standard of medical care at this clinic is much better than what Im used to from NT bulk billing clinics. Ive seen most of the doctors here due to my fluctuating schedule and all were very thorough and knowledgeable. They seem happy to answer questions, and appointments dont feel rushed. Each doctor records detailed notes for each visit, which Ive found really helpful in terms of continuity of care when Im not able to see the same doctor as last time. The admin staff are also quite proactive, providing follow up SMS and calls on behalf of the doctors.

Reviews here are 100% on point. The doctor who treated me was fantastic (Dr Tong Wan), but there is a wild boar behind reception who only needs a bull-ring to complete the look. Fat and unpleasant, I think the best course is lifelong corrective therapy and medication for behavioural issues. Basic training or instant execution could also work.

This is my third visit to this practice. Whilst the doctor here is good, be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes till you see one. Don’t quite understand the point of making an appointment and rocking up on time for your appointment if you have to wait a minimum of 30 mins. Given having to wait long all three times now, I have made a mental note to turn up thirty minutes after my scheduled appointment time the next time I come here.

Dr Boris Z. is the kindest and most helpful doctor I have ever seen in Australia.He took time to explain and diagnose me properly, prescribed the correct medication and gave me valuable information. He took away the pain in 3 days which I was suffering over 3 weeks with no diagnose after seeing 2 doctors.Dr. Boris explained how to maintain my life quality with this problem and I was able to travel with no issue. He was the first doctor in Sydney who did a real medical check, while listening my medical background. He performed physical check and made sure he wasn’t missing any points.After living 2 years in Sydney and coming from a science education background and from healthcare worker family, I was always unsatisfied with the healthcare service in other clinics and sadly some major hospitals around the city.If u can catch him, def. book him right away.— Booked Online, reception was friendly, waited less than 3 min. Been there many times and receptionists are always lovely and helpful.

UPDATE: Tim Rose is a fantastic GP. Very understanding, helpful, knowledgeable & also has my best interests in his recommendations for returning to work after surgery from an injury. The below experience happened around 2 years ago with a completely different doctor. Cannot recommend Tim enough.Really poor experience. I asked for something to deal with a needle phobia as I am needing several this week. I was told the clinic does not give prescriptions for “addictive drugs”. The same doctor proceeded to give me a codeine prescription (which was on their list, along with Valium, as something they won’t prescribe). She told me this would help with the pain which I repeatedly told her wasn’t a concern as it is a phobia. Don’t go here if you want a doctor that actually listens to what you have to say.

My first appointment took a long time to wait. I waited for about 45 minutes from my scheduled appointment. I had to come back and paid another fee for the second appointment to change the prescription because the doctor gave me different pill which has different active ingredients, even though I’ve requested to have similar pills as the one I used to have.One staff in the reception was very helpful.

I wonder why they got so many low ratings as our experience was very good. I called in for vaccination info and asked many questions. The receptionist was very helpful and tried her best to find the info for me. We went in without making appointment and was warned it might take an hour wait which was fair enough. The Dr was very good. We got the vaccines done. Very happy with the service. So I think I will share my experience here as I was almost convinced not to try it bcs of their low rating... glade I did call.

Rude, unprofessional and horrible ladies in reception.When I went there they put call in hold and refuse to talk to patients over phone, although they were not busy. They hang up the calls on people. Awful receptionist, I am very sick, she made me stand up 3 times for minimal things that she could get done as soon as I arrive as, pay $20 fee to which she refused to provide a tax invoice, give my documents and 3 to fill a form. I mean she was more worried to eat in front of everybody and socialize than to provide the right customer service.That been said the doctor was outstanding, she was kind, polite abd very knowledgeable.

Been coming to this medical centre for a few months and last weekend following a small emergency Dr Tong Wan sent me to RPA along with a letter for the ED Dr.RPA Emergency Department were impressed at the clarity and professionalism of the referral, theyve even said you have a great Dr, make sure you keep it, if all GPs were as good our job would be so much easier.Dr Tong has been the best, extremely clear, supportive and so knowledgeable. I recommend her and the practice without hesitation. In need of daily dressing I have now been seen by Grace & Jenny and again, compassionate, gentle and very supportive. The child who answered the phone at reception today was ridiculously lazy, unprofessional, and lacks basic human decency.

I initially went in thinking a GP at a busy shopping center will be less than optimal, and probably practices 5 minute medicine. But the GP I had, Dr Uma took my complaint seriously even in the first consultation. She completed a comprehensive investigation leading to a diagnosis of malignancy which she skillfully facilitated its referral to a specialist center and treatment. Now I am in remission and very thankful for her care.

I brought my son to visit doctor in this practice for few times, we went back to china and return on 02/02/20, my child is planing to go back to school after 14 days isolation with NO SYMPTOM at all, I called in the practice and want to make a appointment with them, but the RECEPTIONIST refused us to go there, even after 14 isolating days, and reject to provide us any help for returning to school. This is a medical practice with no CARE to patient at all!!!

I was almost misled by some of the negative Google reviews posted on here. Im so glad I made an appointment with Dr Kevin Joo Faa Yee at this medical centre. I found him to be a warm, amiable and courteous doctor who was highly knowledgeable and competent in treating me. If you are like me and had some doubts after reading some of the comments on here, I would say give this medical centre and its doctors a try for yourself because you may be pleasantly surprised.

I have seen Dr Uma many times, she has provided great health care and doesnt rush you to get the next person in. Highly recommended.

Beware of dr tong.Had clogged breast ducts for weeks with very sharp pain i knew somethings wrong and its much more than plugged ducts by that stage,she jst said there is no other way to help me but for me to massaged it out.Went somewhere else was straightaway diagnosed with mastitis and abscess,got treatment for antibiotics and ultrasound. Dont rely on dr tong info, she does not have much knowledge and care factor. Not coming back.

Of all myhealth locations this is probably by far the worst. Incredibly rude front desk staff. Time management needs better improvement as well.

I feel very upset with their service. At first, they charged me another 20 bucks even though I have international student insurance card. So I highly recommend every international student not come to this medical centre. Besides, I booked 1215pm but I waited for over another 45 mins to see GP. I will never come back to this awful place. So suck.

I’m not impressed that I took the time to book an appointment and then had to wait 25 mins to get in. Which then meant I missed my other appointment afterwards and that I had to pay more for parking.The staff are all really lovely but the time management needs an improvement.

I had a very good experience today. The staffs in reception are very nice. Actually i was late for my appointment for like 20 minutes, but they did not charge me any additional fees and kindly help me to arrange another appointment. The doctor is also very professional and considerate. I am an overseas student and English is not my first lauguage, so it will be a bit hard for me to understand medical jargons, whereas dr. joo faa yee used translator and make them easier to understand. Thanks a lot. I would highly recommend this friendly and warm place. Btw all the bills are directly sent to Bupa so I don’t need worry abt them.

I am really unhappy with this medical center. They sent me a reminder for my vaccination schedule. I called them when should I come and they said, it should be within this week. I came today and met the doctor, and the doctor said my next vaccination should be next week not now. It is really annoying because it is wasting my time nd money.

The receptionist was really halepfull and polite, but Doctor Jay, she is the rudest person in world. The way she talks, and she doesnt have a any knowledge and her attitude was very very very rude and I felt really uncomfortable even talking to her. looks like she wanted to fight with me and she was rolling her eyes and explaining to me in a very unprofessional way, and she is not helpful at all. I wish I had a booking with different doctor. She needs to work on her attitude and treat her clients with more respect.
