Broadway GP is one of THE MOST FRIENDLY places you can be.Very good hygiene with attentive customer service, which made me feel safe & cared, outstandingly…The manager Annette is the wonderful, caring & supportive lady.MUST GO although it would be best not to see doc hehehe

Dr. Loretta Rowan is such a lovely lady. Listens to you carefully, makes sure you are relaxed and talks you through everything you need to know regarding procedures/issues. I would recommend 100%.

Tachana staff at the reception desk is very knowledgable and provides clear information anything admin related for COVID-19 vaccination at the Broadway General Practice. She is also professional and patient when explaining for appointment related matters or any admin related information.

I have been seeing Dr Mark Lenthen for 14 years. I am now 64 and have had heaps of medical issues, from minor to major. He has always taken time to listen to what I had to say. Be forewarned that the wait time may be greater than expected because it is a busy practice and he takes the requisite to deal with his patients issues.

Jeannie Huggins - An absolutely amazing nurse. She helped (the pregnant) me almost instantly with the Covid 19 vaccine. Very supportive, sweet and patient. Cherry on the cake, she helped my niece as well (who is also pregnant) with the vaccine as soon as she could. I will definitely recommend the medical centre and Jeannie for their awesome service.

This is an outstanding medical centre in all regards. The doctors are caring and diligent and the nurses are calm and reassuring. The nursing staff are doing a wonderful job at managing the vaccinations during this particularly difficult time.

I recently attended an appointment at this clinic with Dr. Blainey, who I had seen previously, and have also been seen by a different doctor prior.I would advise not seeing this doctor as she was dismissive and belittled me when I asked her about a concern I had. As a patient I expected more from a private health clinic and at least a little respect. Dr. Blainey immediately dismissed my concerns on two occasions and did not give me any diagnosis instead asking me to look up my concerns and take my own advice.Definitely not a great ambassador for the medical profession.

Dr. Richard Au is the best. I absolutely love going to see him. He actually cares about whats going on, doesnt just write me a sickie note and send me off. What an absolute legend. Sometimes the wait times are annoying but its WELL worth it to see a good doctor on the government dime. Bulk billed good doctors are rare. Only regret about posting this review is that he might get busier and harder to see!

We have been seeing Dr Cosgrif for over 8 years and he is one of the best Doctors I have ever had. He doesnt just write a script for the symptoms you are presenting with but tries to understand the underlying causes to provide a long term solution.

Ive been a patient with the Practice for 10+ years n the 2 main reasons are having Dr Chin as my Doctor (excellent) and the welcoming reception desk everytime I had to visit.In my recent visits, I sensed a change in the front desk atmosphere though ~ while it was still efficient, it came across as transactional..I do understand the Practice is an organisational entity but having a sense of connectedness with its patients from 1st contact to leaving the Practice, will help it be seen more as a family clinic and less of an infirmary..

Worst GP experience I ever had. Careless, indifferent doctor and unprofessional, rude receptionist.

I originally left a positive review based on the initial appointment with Dr Sonja Blainey. However I then had to wait 7 days for test results. I rang after 2 days and was told the results were ready but I needed to wait for the GP to call or text. Dr Blainey then tried to charge me for a ‘phone consult’ to provide me with the results. Absolutely unbelievable. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone

Good news! My problem regarding booking a covid vaccination is now resolved, thanks to a phone call from Antonette at the Practice - my thanks to Antonette for sorting this out.

Dr Chin and the nurses Jeannie, Antoinette and Jas have been absolutely amazing and gone above and beyond. Always short waiting times. ⁰They have all prevented my foot from being amputated which is what the hospital had advised. I will be forever grateful!

Not my GP, but was recommended to go here for some vaccines for upcoming travel. Could not recommend them more highly. Very efficient process, just need to get the doctor’s recommendation once, then good to go even for a course of vaccines over an extended period of time (eg rabies, which requires 3 shots total over about a month). All the staff were fantastic but great job especially to the nurses :)

Dr. Loretta wasnt helpful at all. She hardly checked my son for 2 minutes, We have been going their for 5 years. Dr. Sonja blainley is really good , she will listen to you and take her time to do proper check up.

Shocking language used by one of the female GPs - when I said the air conditioning is cold for my newborn she said : Oh, hes going to freeze to death!!!!Who says that to a parent about their newborn?!!!! They should be taught proper language and manners.

AVOID if you looking for bulk billing GP.I assume it’s bulk billed since I book online and it didn’t send me any notification about any gap pay.But when I got there, after I register, the receptionist then told me it’s $75 dollar and half bulk billed.Its just a standard consultation for my knee for about few minutes.

I chose this medical practice when I moved to Sydney. My GP, Dr Chin is a very approachable person. I do not feel rushed in and rushed out like some experience’s with other practices. I visited over the past few weeks for travel vaccines. There is a nurse working there named Genie, quite a literal magic Genie. Genie is very up to date with the world of vaccines and treated me accordingly. I like how I was phoned the day before my scheduled vaccines appointment so I didn’t forget – because I do! Thank you for caring!

I have been a client of this clinic for 14 years now. It is of the highest quality. My GP (Dr Graham Chin) is superb - very competent and knowledgeable, but also friendly and has a sense of humour. I have total confidence in him. The nurses are all very good as well - friendly and efficient in their ways. And finally - the staff at reception (led by Karen) are wonderful - nothing is too much trouble for them. Truly a wonderful experience if I have to visit the clinic. Keep up the good work.

I have been a patient of this practice for about a year an half and great team, great front desk staff and their service is amazing. I had to wait little longer in couple of occasions but its all worth it at the end. The practice isnt just in/out types General Practice, they do provide over-all body check-ups and many other useful services and they always send me reminders of my vaccinations that are due. Highly recommend this practice, i would give 10 starts if there was a way to give more than 5 stars. The practice manager is very friendly and helpful.

I went to see the Podiatrist at this center. I had an appointment yet she made me wait for 25 min even though the client before me finished on time. When she came out to call me in there was no apology at all for making me wait for 25 min. She checked my issue but did nothing more, did not ask if there were any other spots under my feet that needed a clean or looking at. So unprofessional i was shocked.

Great service and doctors at this Practice. I have taken my partner over recently and there service from the guy at the reception was the best. It was an emergency and the person understood our needs and was quite empathetic and accommodated us to see a doctor at the earliest. The wait time was quite reasonable too. Keep it up!

Been new to Sydney, chose doctor Robert after hours’ researching - turns out one of the best decisions in my life ever — he is the best... caring for patient, experienced and sincere- always call us after checking( a lot of other doctors will need u to pay another trip to get to know what’s next step after check)— he is the best. Front girls are all so kind and full of hospitality — feel unfair only 3.5score! The position is fantastic - and u can park 2 hours free~ so good!

Receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all. I was here today for my daughter’s one year immunization and made an apt with GP when I arrive. The young reception with long hair helped me about it. I am back to receptionist after a long wait and noticed she didn’t check me in when she made apt. How silly is it and What a waste of time! I am not happy about it and make a complaint to her. And then the old lady seated next to her take over, and start arguing with me and told me the GP’s appt running late anyway and doesn’t matter if they just check me in NOW. Attitude is so rude and no apologize for what they done. If I am not back to reception and ask for it. I will keep waiting. I mean if you make a mistake of your work, just fix it, not arguing with clients. GP and register nurses feel sorry to me and apologized to me when I seeing them. I feel sorry for them as it’s not they fault.

My partner & I have been seeing a GP at this practice for about 4 years and highly recommend the level of care provided. Yes, sometimes there may be a bit of a wait past an appointment time, but that just shows that every patient of his is important.The practice has lots of services available. Weve just had a range of travel vaccinations. The nurses in the clinic are so friendly and relaxed & able to give a virtually pain-free shot!!! We will come back to get all future immunisations at Broadway.

Went to see doctor Rob Balzer on Saturday because of an allergic reaction / dermatitis on my right hand. He gave me 20 seconds of his time, didn’t want to hear the history of my allergy, didn’t believe I would need anti histaminic, gave me a cream and dismissed me. The next day the rash spread over both hands, forearm, and feet. I Tried to call on Sunday, the secretary told me he would call me back. He didn’t. Called again on Tuesday, the secretary told me he would call me back. He didn’t. AVOID THIS DOCTOR.

It was a nice experience with Dr Thet Soe, hes patient and caring, and has been very helpful with diagnosing and consulting my conditions.The receptionist is also very helpful and effective in terms of booking an appointment. Id recommend this practice to all locals nearby.

Saw a doctor within 10 minutes of getting there, reception and doctor were very friendly and super helpful. Similarly the staff at the pharmacy were great. Doctor was great and made the effort to write down and explain everything very clearly to me.

I always visit this practice as is close to my house and the quality of the doctors is quite good. Reception is quick to get through too. Overall a big thumps up!

Today was my first time at Broadway General Practice. I was greeted by friendly reception staff and a clean bright waiting area. I saw Dr Robert Balzer who immediately made me feel at ease with his caring and professional bedside manner. He took the time to ask me questions and did not seem rushed at all. It is much harder to be kind to people than to be rude. People I have dealt with in Broadway General Practice were always kind to me and they deserve to be praised. There were bad reception days, but lets be true, everyone can have a bad day. Dr Chin, who lead me through my recovery is an exceptional professional and I have always felt well informed, guided and taken care of. The biggest applause I direct towards the two kindness nurses I had ever contact with. Top quality nursing, flexible in patients time demands, compassionate and lets not forget, always smiling. I can recommend this place to everyone looking for a safe and not so expensive clinic.

One receptionist is unbelievably rude. She is rude and racist. She seemed like she wasn’t welling to help at all. She is skinny, short and with brownish hair. The doctor was gentle and professional. What a shame the reception was such an awful experience. Definitely won’t go back again because of her.

Totally worth it!! Easy to book online and excellent service. The ladies at the front desk are really caring. Took my mother over and Dr.Blainey was patient and empathetic.

The receptionist was very kind, but the practice manager(dolly) was completely non- professional and rude. She offered me the work placement for practice management, kept neglecting my phone calls and emails for 3 weeks . Finally called me to see her at the practice and then refused when I reached there. I told her, she should keep her words when do some commitment - she said I have no obligation to take you... horrible woman!

Service here and doctor’s expertise is an absolute joke. I have a long-standing medical condition so I know a good doctor who genuinely cares and tries to find solutions and the male doctor here, think his name starts with an L, would never offer logical solutions.I went here 3 times as it was the closest to where i lived but I absolutely regret it. As a OSHC holder you also have to pay a gap fee of $25.Now I go to Myhealth Central Park and see one of the female asian doctors there as they are so much more helpful and offer practical solutions. Furthermore, there is no gap fee.

Im not sure if he was having a bad day, but Dr Chin didnt even make eye contact with my two-year-old son who I took in because he had a fever and spots. I had to introduce myself and then introduce my son to Dr Chin, then he didnt actually address him directly once. I also told the Dr my son was complaining of a sore throat, but then had to remind the Dr to take a look in his throat. He didnt end up examining his throat saying, Id have to force the stick down there which I dont really feel like doing ... No, actually, there are ways of making a child feel comfortable enough so you can examine them thoroughly, as is your responsibility. Dr Chin was dismissive and eventually prescribed antibiotics IN TABLET FORM to my toddler... I would unfortunately say this Dr isnt appropriate for young people.

Im not from this area so I was so happy when I was able to be fit in during my lunch break. The front reception staff and the doctor were very understanding and worked with me even though I was quite sick. Whilst I was there a patient started to abuse the reception staff and they handled it so well. The poor girls didnt deserve to be yelled at, they were just letting the customer know about their bulk billing rules. Very professional and very nice. Highly recommend.

I went there for my appointment with Dr. Shortus and Im very pleased with both the attention at the front desk and the doctor. I really recommend Dr. Shortus and I would definitely come back to the center.

All of the doctors have been very helpful and considerate. They take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. Dr Chin has been especially great and the staff at the desk have been very accommodating.

Dr Chin best GP i have ever seen, highly recommended. He knows what he is doing, highly skilled and experienced doctor. His method of taking bloods and his cannulation technique is the best i have ever experienced.

This place is a joke, booked in a week earlier, arrived online, there has been several patients waiting. Waited for 45 minutes post scheduled time, still no sign of getting my name called. Checked with the receptionist, confirmed there were still 2 people in front of me, and yet no indication or communication of how long it is going to take, literally worst clinic ever

Dr Mark Lenthen is really good and thorough. Friendly also! However, with waiting times rarely below 45 minutes even with appointment, I am inclined taking my business elsewhere - no chance coming here with a baby!

Dr Tim Shortus has been our family doctor for nearly 10 years. Knowledgeable, compassionate and with endless patience. My child absolutely loves visiting him, as do my husband and I! Highly recommended.

As an patient, I feel totally uncomfortable and not respectful at all. The nurse are very rude and impolite, I was waiting half hour outside for a simple injection. If this clinic was not close to my office I would not come over! and apparently i would never come here AGAIN!

Dr Cosgriff has been my GP for 4 years now. He is incredibly understanding and caring. He really takes the time to get to know you and listens to your concerns. He also runs on time with his appointments and there is rarely a wait. I would highly recommend him and the practice.

I went to broadway general practice for the first time the other week and the lady at the front desk was so helpful and caring and she was able to fit me in without an appointment which was amazing because I was so stressed! She really put me at ease. I’ll definitely be coming here next time I need to go to the doctor.

I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment to complete new patient paperwork at reception. I waited as the waiting room filled and emptied with patients who arrived after me and after 30 minutes I went back to reception to be told that I unfortunately wasnt ever checked in by the receptionist...

Had a few appointment with one of the GP, she is never on time, the worst scenario, I was waiting with my 6 months old for over 45mins in the medical centre, she skipped my little ones appointment and met with other patient first. Not recommend this place.

I am lucky to be seen by Dr Mark Lenthen. He is so warm, caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. He listened and giving advice that are so helpful. After a few experiences with other gps, Dr Mark is the only one that I would recommend and he is the best.

I was very distress for a few days and decided to see a doctor. I am very lucky to be treated by Dr Mark Lenthen, he is very caring, compassionate, reliable and knowledgeable. I am relief now that I could depend on such an amazing doctor from now on.

Two stars are a balanced review as I have had five star service from some doctors, but Dr Roza gave me zero star service on two separate appointments, a year apart, for two separate issues. Both times she was quick to prescribe medications and dismiss my concerns. The first was for mental health concerns, immediately prescribed anti-depressants without first discussing my particular concerns or needs. This is DANGEROUS behaviour. No description of side-effects or a follow-up appointment made to assess progress. Nor a referral to a psychologist. Second time I came in wanting advice for a physical symptom, did not even look or check, just prescribed medication for it. I decided against filling the prescription to instead see if it was indeed what she diagnosed me with - it cleared up in two days without medical interference.She is very dismissive, unhelpful and does not provide any sort of advice or provide information. I dont come here for scripts - I come here to get ASSISTANCE.She has made me convert to a new GP practice and I have never been happier with my current GPs at a nearby location.

Came in sick, just before leaving home checked my temp and it was really high, staff at the front desk look and act like they dont care about you.When I went to see doctor and explained my situation, she just gave me this annoyed look and said Ill be fine, checked fever and no fever was detected(I was like really?), just walk it off she said. Next day I got even worse, could barely walk and went to another doctor who put me on antibiotics immediately, and within next 24 hours I felt much better.

Dr Lenthen is truly an amazing doctor. He is my lifesaver! Very thorough, caring and excellent listener!

I assumed they bulk billed because they did so on my last visit and nowhere on the booking application does it say this is a private practice. I went in simply to get a new script and was charged $70 for a 2 minute consultation. Maybe they could put this information on their online booking system to warn people

Made appointment 20 minutes in advance, was still on time, no messing about, in and out. Doc was great. Little pricey, itd be nice if they bulk billed, but thats pretty rare these days.

Great Doctors, WORST receptionist, so rude especially the girl that works on Thursday nights normally there are two girls, she has light brownish / blondish hair.. unbelievably rude. Not only has she made so many errors in the past with my bookings which made me wait even longer or she accidentally takes me off the list so im the verey very very last person to see the DR, And I dont even converse with her beyond my name and D.O.B Terrible attitude, and she then sits there and gives you dirty looks. every. time. I cant stand going there because of her, I ended up moving downstairs, The girls are just so lovely downstairs, Its a shame though because the doctors are really great and informative here.

Worst medical center.Some of the doctors might be good but I found the staff a reception rude and unhelpful. The on-line booking system does not work properly, although I have a booking in my phone, staff keeps telling me they dont have me in the system. When telling them there is something work with the system, they keep arguing it is working fine... Fix it !

Great team of nurses and practitioners that provided thorough and detailed information about my upcoming trip to Peru. They were very understanding and also up to date on current initiatives put in place that gave me a much better deal on my vaccinations.

I have been a patient of Dr Shortus for 11 years and he is the most fantastic GP. Everything from general check ups to Shared Care with pregnancies - I couldnt recommend him more highly.

They always run late here - at least 30mins but up to 1hour. I went today, waited minutes and left without seeing a doctor. Last time.

Very happy with my doctor. However, the reception staff are extremely rude, either over the phone or F2F. When we go to a medical centre to seek help, the last thing we want is to deal with such rude people.I will definitely make a complaint to the HCCC. Unacceptable.

Had a great experience today getting my yellow fever vaccine. I found the doctor to be helpful and found that one of the nurses, Jas, was attentive and kind - made the whole experience much less scary! I arrived for my appointment half an hour late and Jas stayed back 30 mins so I could get my vaccine done. Very impressed and grateful!

Booked for a 3.30pm appointment, still waiting for almost an hour. What’s the point of booking if I have to wait as long as anyone else who just walks in?Their excuse was other patients were late lol if they’re late they should go back to the end of the queue not create a domino effect making everyone else wait extra time for their tardiness.
