Nice location, lovely setting, the rooms are fine, could do with a bit of decoration. The shower was okay - wet room set up, plenty of hot water but the water pressure wasnt great. The pool is beautiful, and the beers are very cheap. Staff are helpful for booking tours and airport transfers, a little pricier than on the street, but worth the extra few euro.

Nice clean, basic rooms (we particularly love the one facing the pool). Location is great. Restaurant food is up to par. The omelette toast for breakfast is yummy. Good hospitality. The owner is super friendly. We got a chance to witness the owner conducting a youth gamelan orchestra during our stay here! Awesome.

Nice room and clean but the bathrooms need a remodel as they are very tired. The gardens are lovely and a clean pool but its two stars and you get what you pay for. However I was disrupted all.night with the excessive noise of a broken air con unit next to my room reverberating through my wall so I could not sleep. For that reason I am stretching my rating to three stars max but if it werent for that perhaps I could give it one more.

Rooms are good. Food is excellent. The staffs are very friendly. Recommended place to stay at Ubud.

Nice place to stay for a good price. Perfect with a/c and a pool, with restaurant on site for breakfast (and all day if you want). Poll only has sun loungers which is a bit of an issue most of the time. In our two week stay was very erratic which days we got housekeeping service.

We went to the restaurant for dinner and had very good service and food. We actually forgot our groceries when we left and later went back to see if they were still open and have saved our things. When we got there the restaurant was closed so we went in to where the bungalows reception was and this guy helped us out and opened the restaurant and grabbed our things out from the refrigirator were they had saved it. So we were very happy!

We thought the place wasn’t available for a second night but it was! Such a shame, we would’ve loved to stay for another day, the staff was super friendly and the room very clean. The food at the restaurant up front is very very good also.

Nice place but you will not able to bring your pet

Dewa cheated me. I tried cancelling my reservation 3 times through the email address listed on their website--no response. I tried calling their number listed on their website and Google but it is a nonworking number. Dewa charged me for my cancelled stay so now Im trying to get my money back through my credit card company.

Ive stayed here many times and always come back. Such genuine owners. Great little pool tucked away inside a grove of plumeria trees. Perfect:)

An overwhelming smell of mold is the first thing you notice when you walk into your room here. I ended up getting sick and sent to the hospital while I was staying here, and due to my stomach and head problems alongside fever and other symptoms, I have reason to believe it’s either the toxic smell of the mold or the restaurant’s food here. Despite having air conditioning, WiFi that (sometimes) works when no one else is using it, and a warm shower, I would avoid this place unless you’re willing to take a risk when visiting.

We stayed here four nights and the rooms is clean and nice. And the pool is a plus! Good price.

Way to expensive for the service: towels are never changed, breakfast is very light not sufficient and you have to pay for your water. One of us sprained her ankle and was unable to walk and they made us pay for the ice she applied! Also there was a band playing at our doors until late at night and we could not sleep. Staff service of the restaurant were not very nice except one lady.

A quiet, clean place with a very friendly host recommend for those who want a vacation in the Ubud area ...............

For hotel class price of 300, this place is clean, friendly service, there are facilities for swimming pool, breakfast, air conditioning, and close to the center of Ubud, so access is everywhere easier. The location of the minus is included, but after arriving in the palace, the hotel is worth it, and the parking lot is in the opposite, but is helped to carry suitcases etc. not bad.

So far, unfortunately, one of the worst rooms weve had ...In the bathroom and in the sleeping area there was hair (also in the bed) that was not from us. There is little water in the shower head and unfortunately it is a shower without a curtain, which means the bathroom is halfway underwater ... In room 102 it smells of moistureThe pool area looked good and the reception was friendly!If you work on the cleanliness, it could give it 5 stars.

Pool good, room ok, good location. However the staff is not prepared to greet people, they are really thick. The breakfast is insufficient. There is an added snack bar where guests have discounted food. I ordered a discount ice cream, and only when it was time to pay did they tell me that they could not discount the ice cream, because ice cream is a drink. I questioned and asked to speak to the owner, who yelled at me in front of all the customers and then left me talking to myself. All this because of less than a dollar! Then when I was in my room sent the exact amount of the discount, but for me the damage was already done.

The best room is 303, the best view also of the mountains. See my pictures.Unfortunately the wifi is not that good up there, that is always explained by the weather, which is nonsense, because in other accommodations the wifi is better.The wifi works a little better in the associated Warung. There is also great food there and if you live here you get a 10% discount on the food.The bathroom is large, but quite dark and there is only a small mirror in the bathroom which you actually cannot use.Here you could hang a big one in the hallway, that makes more sense.The beds are nice and soft and as I said, the view is awesome!

Beautiful place, very quiet accompanied by nature, relaxing music that sounds without stopping in the garden, pool and very quiet and clean rooms. A bit expensive for what Ubud is.

The only people outside of me were Westerners. It is in a place that is a bit confusing. The pool was almost rented out!
