Writing this review to appreciate the hard work and professionalism witnessed when working with KANGANFILMS. A close friend referred them when I was looking for some one to cover my wedding and I was instantly convinced by their past credentials and testimonies. Staff was super punctual and helpful when suggesting ideas for shoots and even in venue decor. None of us had to pay any heed to what they were doing as they were visibly very sincere and ensured that the guests had fun during the shoots.They were punctual in delivering the albums and the finished videos. They were very cooperative during the photo selections and were ready to make edits as we needed.Overall a 5 star performance. Will definitely recommend.

Me, my friends, and family are decided to go with this team as they were very professional and had great graphic design on the albums for other weddings we saw. We then drove down before the wedding to go through final bits and pieces, with this team we spent half a day driving around the country side to make sure we got the spots we wanted as we werent familiar with them all. They spent far more time with us than we would normally expect, which made us feel really comfortable, not just about the shots but about the timing on the day too. All over these guys are recommended for everyone.

My association with Shashi Kant dates back to 12 months back. I was looking for a splendid candid photographer for my wedding in Delhi. Me and my father shortlisted him amongst other photographers. We sent a query for quote and to my surprise the response took huge time, I mean it was not instanous. After talking to Shashi ji on phone we were relieved as we could not have found any other person who is professional but also lends a personal touch. I must say he is having loads of patience, he listen to my requirement and gave me loads of suggestions. His creative analysis for any situation is impeccable. Alter I came to know that his background is from Film School, thats why he carry such a knowledge.The interest and effort Shashi ji took in making the biggest event of my life truly memorable is incomparable. Shashi ji himself was in contact with me 24*7 and he patiently listened to every demand of mine. I took liberties to ping him at odd hours and he never complained ,on the contrary he happily gave practical solutions to implement even my most unrealistic ideas. He personally supervised my Engagement ceremony, Mehndi-Sangeet, Haldi and the wedding.Shashi ji and his team are like magicians who weaved priceless moments of my life into this wonderful memorabilia, which me and my family would cherish for a lifetime. I have had a 7+ years long relationship with Kangan Films. I had personally recommended them to all the family and friends who got married after my wedding. They also came from a highly recommended family friend.But thats the thing of the past. The quality of work, in terms of attention to details, like asking the family before hand who all are, are the inner circle of the family to the timing of the pictures clicked, apparently they specialise in candids, to the printing have definately gone done through the years.However what tops the list ( from the bottom) is the client dealing. It has achieved an all new low.Their customer dealings are crude and crancky to put it very politely. All they have started caring for is money to be paid in advance.It is unfortunate to see that they do not honour any commitments, or their own words and have to be hounded to get the work done.Their office staff is clearly very brash and unprofessional.It is extremely sad to see their downfall. And waste of talent which could have taken another path, but alas is spiralling downwards only.

Few months back i would have recommended them, but last experience was one of the most horrible one i had.My wife and my father in law had booked them for our wedding 6 years ago and their services were booked again for another family wedding earlier this year. First mistake we did was, we did not have everything in writing with them. They will make all the promises without even knowing if they can fulfill them or not. And after the advance, they will do the work and then the real story starts.After the functions they will take forever to give the pictures, and the owner will step aside and his other partner will step in who till now was not even in the picture. Once you have finalized the photo for the album, they took more than a month and a half. Every day they will say the guy is coming today to deliver, but will never show up. After 6-8 weeks of follow up owner or partner who contacted you and made the promises will step aside and other partner will step in and keep saying that they will give the album only when the complete payment has been made. Frustrated with all the followup and unprofessional attitude my father in law gave up and asked me if i can step in and get this resolved.The reason we asked to see the work is that 6 years ago i had received digital copy of Buntys wedding instead of my wedding and they deleted the digital copies from there server. Still look at Buntys wedding on my laptop instead of mine. I dont think we were wrong if we had asked to see the work before making the complete payment.I called them up and had a heated argument with the owner as he blamed my father in law, mother in law and wife, where I lost it. Am I the customer or have i taken loan from this guy? They are based in Ghaziabad and my parent live in Noida with my grand mother, i stay in Vasant Kunj. We all tried to explain to them that our grandmother can come to your office to see the pictures, so send them to Noida and we will make an online transfer right there and then or give cheque or cash, whatever you say. He replied i dont trust my people with the payments, so we asked you come instead. Then the tone changed completely, sir you first make the complete payment only then we will show our work. After a lot of arguments, we were left with no option, but either to give up the albums or go to there office and get the resolved.We opted to visit the office and get this resolved, another mistake of ours. We told them a day in advance that we will come and take it. We reached there office at 12 in the afternoon and met there rude and most unprofessional staff. They had not made the digital copy of the pictures ready and told me that it will take at least 1-2 hours to copy the pictures. Also, there level of work was horrible and i realized why they were asking for the complete payment in advance. We had made the online transfer for the balance payment right there and then and they confirmed the receipt of the payment. We decided to roam around and come back later, unfortunately, there was nothing to do so we came back after an hour and there was still time left. We sat in his office and were spending time on our phone when my wife started asking their MANAGER, is there any other way we can do it faster. The manager was so arrogant and started arguing with my wife that i had no knowledge that you are coming so please talk to the owner. Some more questions by us and the managers tone and way of speaking had changed to the tone of a bounty hunter and all the respect and manner had gone into the drain and unfortunately, I cannot take this approach and attitude the manager was showing my wife.Never ever in my life I have faced such an unprofessional and misbehaved people. After all this i saw so many reviews on google and most of them would say Dont pay him the advance or complete payment and other will give 5 stars. I would have given 5 stars 6 years ago on their level of work, but today would say there are far better options and better behaved people than them.

The name itself says it all “KFS” are magician.. their work is beyond words.. KFS did an incredible pre- maternity shoot of mine.. i have never ever seen any pics in entire gooogle or anywre the way she clicked my pics.. Mr KANT is out of the world.. why am i saying this i have not find any image like mine because there is no other KFS.. their creativity their passion towards your shoot and to make every shot wow will left you amaze.. i can bet you won’t find her idea her photograpy any wre in India.. Me and my husband we just could’t stop discussing her after the shoot trust me u’ll be amazed. the way HIS TEAM make you & your pics look wow.. I would recommend her to every mother- to be.. and every parent to be for new born session too.. if you want to feel like your in fairytale world.. please contact KFSs.. i have already started recommending her to my collegues/family/ friends. This enterprise was engaged for my sisters wedding from both groom and bride side. Despite taking 5 long years to deliver the albums and videos, his work was not at all satisfactory. My sister and my jijaji visited him multiple times at his office and despite spending hours in shortlisting the pictures for albums and having clear discussions as to what was required, the albums that were delivered were not at all as they were promised and the work was not satisfactory. On the top of that the person with whom they were dealing with demonstrated utterly unprofessional behavior, to say the least. Not at all recommended.
