Overall experience is BAD. They will not pick your call after sale.I had to call service center for installation which is generally updated by seller.Better to go for other shops on opposite road.In simple words DO NOT TRUST the shop bearers, specially Mukul.

I visit last week in this sony store and the guy name anudhish was very rude i asked him i want to buy a good home theatre in budget range then he asked pehle bill karao phir demo dunga and when i did argue with him then he told me tumhari baski nahi hai lene ki aur kahi se lelo this is very pathetic store for sony product so i request you please dont visit this store and i suggest to go anywhere

Kalka Garhi Sony centers staff do not have any sense how to talk or deal with customer, every time shout on customer and their staff. I purchased TV from there, still i m waiting for TV installation and for price discussion or to get to know the feature of device they dont know anything or just said apke samne rkha h dekh lo jo dekhna or lena h to lo. So guys I would recommend if someone love to Sony gadgets plz prefer another store instead of Kalka Garhi chwk Sony center.
