Two complaints:1. Most wall sockets in rooms do not work.The centralised air conditioning is not optimal in quite a few areas including some rooms.Apart from these, the venue us good and spacious. The Food and decor was also good.Staff is extremely helpful, very good experience with the staff and management.

We celebrated 2 day function for my cousin marriage on 27 and 28 June 2021, they are very Poor in services they dont deserve in this line. We escalated high level including GM level, they are unprofessional.Never recommended.

Situated in Ghaziabad, place is good for weddings and functions...it has venue halls on its each floor...you can book halls for marriage function and Birthdays and other parties....also Rooms are good to stay and clean.

The worst hotel and staff. Owner mr. Gupta and manger rajeev singh is very rude and uncooperative person.After taking money there language change.They dont honor there words.They are very greedy person.If anyone want to spoil there function and money plz book there permises.They want money only....this guys dont have humanity and curtsey.Specially owner mr. Its a clean place and i liked it. Rooms are spcious. Clean bathroom, helpfull staff, specially reception check in manager named as Pathak. Good managerial skills and soft spoken. Over all i am very happy with the hotel and would definately recommend for stay. Also its a value for money.

Recently had birthday party of my kid. Ambiance was awesome, food was good. Only issue was with event planner which is a 3rd party. Charged extra and didnt provided what was agreed. 2 start deducted only because of him, otherwise banquet service 5 star.I would recommend Mukut for event celebrations but be precise with event planner though it is managed by them only.

Everything is good here only need to update is TV connection like there is only tata sky connection available all around the rooms but unfortunately only free channels are coming no other channels we can see, this is quite surprisingly. Big rooms , nice location...market is available behind the hotel.. connectivity is also a gr8 advantage but chargrs are too high as compared to the level of service.. outside food is not allowed and inside food is not so good infact takes as much time as birbal ki khichdi (takes too much time to prepare)bedsheets hygiene is the another isssue face by many peoplescharges are too high and outside food issue is there, otherwise nobody can stop this hotel to grow

Hotel Mukut Regency used to have a good room before, but now I do not know why it is getting dirty. The room is also not clean and the webs are hanging on the ceiling and the wall paint is also coming out and the lock of the room was also hanging. Maybe they should improve the quality of your room.

Attended our office party at terrace. Nicely decorated space. DJ and stage is available for dance lovers. Soft music can be played on demand. Big LED screen is placed which was playing video songs as per party mood. Food is good....

Booked the hotel and banquet for sisters wedding....it was a great experience....facilities were good, rooms were good, food was great. Extra points to the owner for giving personal attention to the events and the guests.

Very accomodative

I visited in a birthday party. The place is at the side lone but google map direct you to the narrow back lane of the hotel. You have to cross that narrow lane then left and left to reach front side. It was due to the reason that there is no cut in devinder for front side. Party hall is beautiful and has a open lawn too. It has multi story building. You can party both inside and outside. They serve cocktail too with cocktail. Catering service is good. Decoration perfect. It needs to improve slightly food quality. Ample space for parking.

I had great experience with mukut regency. Thatswhy i like being there due to its fresh and clean enviorment, privacyy and abovementioned reasons. It is also great that the staff is also well mannerred which i have felt. So these tiny things also matters. I give 5 stars.

Hotel Mukut Regency is well known in Vasundhara Ghaziabad area. Its easily accessible via the dividing road of sec 13 and sec 15. I have been to Mukut on several occasions. Be it marriage function, community get together, birthday party or engagement party. The food here is good most of the time, thats why I always make it a point to visit whenever there is any function in Mukut. Recently they revamped almost all there halls. Now, the ambience and decor are much better as compared to previous years. I am not sure about its night stay and room services. But they must be also good because now they have collaborated with the OYO rooms.

Decent stay at ghaziabad in a prime location.the service was okay. stay was pleasant. had to ask staff to get work done. Overall the price is more than the service. stay is welcoming

I gave 5 stars due to all best and available facilities. Why should I pay extra amount in booking room at any other place when I have the choice for mukut due to all best facilities in a little price. Hats off to the service of mukut regency. If it would have 10 stars then I would give 10 out of 10.

There is one major issue that he HOTEL STAFF didnt enter the guest in the room as we are professional employee and every time, we stay for meeting purpose. The only reason I make booking again and again in this hotel because it is nearby from home. If you guys really want me to help than kindly allow guest in the room, it will be OK of they have policy for only one outsider for any specific time period.

Nice place but poor service

I visited it for a marriage reception invite. In terms of surrounding and location, Id say very good (which is located in Sector - 13 Vasundhara)... cant say about the room services since have never stayed there, but would love to do that(never got the chance since I reside nearby).

Has a Bar & Restaurant. Best for family. But prices are bit high. Average room services.

We organise a birthday party there at terrace of the building. It was a wonderful place. Our gathering was around 120-130 people. We are easily accommodate there.

Rated as 2 star but place is bigger than expected. Hall on 1st floor was nice . Also open space available for gathering.

The hotel is decent though it feels like under construction, facilities are less and hygiene is not a priority for hotel the guest bathrooms are not clean. You won’t find bathroom slippers in the room even if you asked they won’t give you. Easy to reach from the metro, service is delayed though the staff is helpful.

Dont book Terrace for any function. The AC didnt work at all. The decoration was below average. They used old/used material for decoration. Will not recommend anyone to book it during summer time.Snacks was average but the dinner was good though. 0.5 star from me.

It mainly a banquet. Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a wedding party. Courteous staff, well maintained place. Just that the room I stayed in didnt have ventilation of any kind so had to keep the air-conditioning running when inside. Otherwise this place is really good and cozy.

Every time you go they increase their prices. We wanted to book rooms for wedding purposes but they where over charging for rooms. Washroom were very dirty and there is only single stair case in entire building.

Its for 150 guest min.The buffet they provide is awsome.this hotel is also near to vaishali metro station.washrooms are clean.service is good.they dont have a parking so it will create some problem as u have to park ur cars on the street.
