The place is easily accessible and on the main road. The staff is cooperative and always ready to help. The venue is hygienic and clean. The food was also good and served with great care. The owner is always ready to help and gives the best possible advice. Overall a great place to hold any event.

Its an auwsum place to celebrate the happiness. Staff is really supportive and cooperative. The owner takes all the responsibility of the events every time and delivers the best. We had organised more than 14 events there and got the best service at reasonable rates. I recommend everyone to contact the owner once to get the best advice and ideas regarding your events. Food quality is far better than other banquettes.

Amazing place to organize parties. Have celebrated 3 events and family programs at this place, great atmosphere and services.Area might be small but staff and owners are really cooperative and nice.Being in Ghaziabad there are some electricity issues but quite manageable by staff.

Miss communication , miss management

Please choose this option only if it is the last choice .People here are really non cooperative, pathetic lazy. Bathroom lock is not fixed. No bulbs in the bathroom we had to put our own. Food was served cold to the baraat. No water in bathrooms after half an hour. After two ours of repeated scolding they still didnt turn it on. No one does the work as they are told to. They took 15000 extra for decoration and still there was no decoration . I suggest that book this only if its the last choice and even if you do, try to only book the place and do food from your side. The owner is really pathetic and rude.

The banquet is one the most modern and luxurious party halls I have ever come across. It has spaceous halls(multi floor), great ambience and mouth watering food. The owner takes special care of each and every moment during a gathering and makes it memorable. Mr. Vaibhav Kaushik, a true gentleman and a man of word...what he promises delivers. I recommend this venue to all !

Worst experience ever, we had to face a lot of humiliation due to that. It was very suffocating and hot there. We had an anniversary and they played happy birthday song. They took money for about 5snacks but there were only 2 and they were claiming that snacks Khatam ho gye.Food items were also reduced by 4 items.And sweets were also given to about 50 people and then the owner was not managing the short supply or food items and sweets, many guests went without eating.Later on he was fighting for 50 extra plates served and many people could not eat due to short supply of food.He is a cheat/ scamster. Does not stay on his word which he makes while taking advance.Do not book here.

My family hosted a small party on 13th June’19 here. Air Conditioners were not working properly. We could see that many of the air conditioners were not even switched on. The authority there was so rude and reckless and was behaving as if we are supposed to pay to them for all the arrangements. The so-called members of the authority were in an highly intoxicated state. Instead of apologising and being humble they were rather rolling their eyes on us. Long story short - The people and the place was vile inside out.

Cleanliness , Staffing & Management, Food quality , Decorations and Latest DJ system are exellent. Also cost wise is less expensive compare to other Banquet Hall in vasundra

They duped off money and did not provide half the service they were paid for in full as advanceFood items were missing.Snacks and food and sweets items were not served to even 50 people out of 150 (booked plates) gathering.The owner and manager was drunk during the function and misbehaved with guests when he was asked why the ac were not working and items were short despite the payment made to them in advance.They are scammers, Never book with them.Thier ac in upper floor do not work and they are a mere decoration piece..

Function was on 13th June 2019.1. The ac were not working, when went to management, they responded itni garmi he to me kya karun even their ceiling fans were not working properly.2. The food items and snacks described in menu before the function were missing when checked in serving area, and when asked where were the items the response was khatam ho gya and in actual not a single person was served those items.3. They were short of staff and lack management of things at the banquet and behaved like some goons threatening for complaining of their shortcomings.4 To add to their mismanagement the two person sitting inside office were drunk and were eager to have verbal and physical altercation with the complainants. They behaved as if we were having the function free of cost.5 Never book with them with full payment because we made mistake of paying in full before the function. And they showed their true colors. We could not do anything after they have had the payment.6. If you book here better find your own catering arrangement and take care of things for yourself. They are liars and after taking money they will do nothing and you will be ahsamed in front of your guests.7. They dont follow fire safety here. There was no fire extinguishers installed in case of any fire incident.The owner is a scamster. Do not book here at all.My rating still is zero for this banquet for ruining the function here and will say it again. Do not book here

I had booked this place for my parents anniversary. It is quite economic as compared to other banquets in Ghaziabad. Location is prime and the staff was co-operative. I really enjoyed their services.

Good place to organise marriage. Deliverables by the owner and staff support is commendable. We had organised my cousins wedding there and all the guests were very happy by the service and food.

One of the worst experienceHad a function of engagement on 17th April and no one there was taking responsibility. Bad experience . Banquet did not have working air conditioner and food was short. Had to return without having dinner. The banquet owner was abusing the guests as they were complaining of the food items being short.

Ac dont work on first floor, becomes hot and humid during summer and rainy season, management is poor, owner misbehaves with clients who book with full advance payment, food items are not managed here, have to manage things yourself.

But hamesha food quality k sath sath wahan ki service and facilities bhi dekhi jati hai.Thoda sasta jaroor hai but apki naak nhi kategi iski koi garuntee nhi hai.Air conditioner jaroor lage hai vo sabhi challenge ye pata nhi, waiters milenge but till the end ye pata nhi.Light program k middle Mai chali gyi to kya Kroger. Owner corporate krne k bajaye apni bakwas Karega kyuki advocate reh chuka hai. Isilye bakwas achchi kr leta h.Banquet ki wires, AC sab purane h, aor na hi well maintained hai.Isilye book krne se pehle sabhi AC Check krwa k dekhna. Sabhi AC ek sath apni gathering ko consider krte hue. Kyuki wahan ka janerator load thoda kam uthata h. Beech m fault bhi aa Sakta hai. Phir vo owner coperate krne k bajaye bakwas Karega. Lekin apki naak tab tak kat jayegi.Better yhi h ki Durga Palace Banquet ko avoid kro.
